Whether you want to shred the Swiss Alps or enjoy cocoa at a lodge in the Rockies, Delta Vacations offers packages to top ski and mountain destinations around the world. Our vacation packages do not include lift tickets, but many ski resorts offer lift tickets and equipment rental at an additional cost. Delta Vacations periodically offers promotional codes exclusively for SkyMiles Members and Medallion Members. Simply enter the applicable promo code while finalizing your booking to receive your savings.

Hotels also offer a variety of promotions, which can include anything from getting a free night, room upgrade, resort credit, a special amenity and more. Offers that hotels provide on select room categories may differ by property and room category. Hotel promotions are visible on the hotel selection and room selection in the booking path. Many Mexico and Caribbean resorts offer a European Plan and/or an All-Inclusive plan. A European Plan hotel does not include any meals or beverages in the package price. An All-Inclusive hotel includes all meals and beverages in the package price. All-Inclusive plans do vary, so please check the specific hotels for details.

Our hotel ratings reflect the opinions from a variety of sources, including our travel experts, customer feedback and travel industry reference materials. Additionally, Delta Vacations makes your hotel or resort booking decision easier by recommending SkyMiles Members' Pick properties, which have the highest customer satisfaction scores and are endorsed by our travel experts.

Our Travel Protection Plan protects you and your travel investment before and during your vacation. You can cancel your trip up to the moment of your scheduled departure for any reason and have your travel investment protected. Medical and emergency assistance, reimbursements for travel and baggage delay and more are also included during travel. Terms apply.

The plan's hurricane policy refunds the cost of your vacation, including the cost of the Travel Protection Plan, and protects you from most cancellation penalties, if your destination is under a hurricane watch or warning (as declared by the National Hurricane Center (NHC)).

Travel Protection Plan PLUS includes ALL the benefits of the Travel Protection Plan, PLUS a lowest-trip price guarantee and a more convenient method of payment on your refund.

SKYMILES PROGRAM

With Delta Vacations, SkyMiles Members earn bonus miles, earn toward Medallion Status, and get more from their miles on every booking to 300+ destinations worldwide. Plus, you can book your entire vacation seamlessly in one place, including your flight, hotel, rides and activities. If any issues arise on your getaway, our vacation experts are always available to help. If you’re a SkyMiles Member, it just makes sense to choose Delta Vacations for your next getaway.

SkyMiles Members earn Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQDs) on various parts of their getaway with Delta Vacations, including flights, hotels, rides, activities and more. Learn more about earning toward Medallion Status.

For miles and MQDs, please allow up to 6-8 weeks after completion of a Delta-marketed flight for flight miles and MQDs to be deposited in SkyMiles account and 8 weeks after completion of eligible car rental or hotel stay for miles and MQDs to be deposited in SkyMiles account. No MQDs will be awarded for any portion of the package not consumed by the passengers in the booking.

Yes. Bookings made through Delta Vacations are eligible for upgrades on one-way or round-trip travel. To find out if an upgrade is available, please visit My Trips. For more information on how to upgrade to First Class/Delta One® with Delta Vacations, please visit our Medallion Upgrades page.

Yes, and it’s as easy as providing your SkyMiles number. Plus, as a SkyMiles Member, you earn up to 10,000 bonus miles per person, in addition to flight miles, on every package. Please visit our Earn Miles page to learn more.

SkyMiles Members can use their miles to pay for some or all of their vacation, including flights, hotels, rides, activities and more, for themselves, their friends and their family. RESERVATIONS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

To modify a reservation, go to My Trips on delta.com. Enter the lead traveler's first and last name and booking number or log in to your SkyMiles account. The following fields can be modified:

  • Frequent-flyer program and membership number
  • Passport information
  • Emergency contact information

If you are having problems modifying your reservation or need to make changes to items other than those listed, call our vacation experts at 1-800-800-1504.

To cancel a reservation, go to My Trips at delta.com. Enter the lead traveler's first and last name and booking number or log in to your SkyMiles account. Click the Cancel button at the bottom of your itinerary. Cancel fees may apply and are outlined in the cancel fee section of your itinerary. If you need further assistance, please call Delta Vacations at 1-800-800-1504.

If you made your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • The itinerary and a listing of all items you have purchased.
  • The booking number and a toll-free number to call if you have any questions regarding your reservation.

eDocuments are available for all non-group travel vacations. You may also access your itinerary through the Fly Delta App or using My Trips on delta.com.

Group travel documents will be mailed to the group leader or travel agent. Documents will be sent 21 days prior to travel via UPS. For reservations made within 21 days of departure documents will be sent the next business day.

Currently, up to four hotel rooms can be reserved on a booking. If you need more than four rooms, please call the Delta Vacations Customer Engagement Center at 1-800-800-1504. If you prefer to purchase your vacation online, you can make separate bookings with up to four hotel rooms per booking. We also have flexible options for group travel. Requests such as bed type, nonsmoking rooms, cribs and rollaway beds can be made during the reservation process. For more advanced requests or ADA-accessible rooms, please contact the Delta Vacations Customer Engagement Center at 1-800-800-1504.

Delta Vacations offers complete flight and hotel packages with optional car rentals, transfers and activities. To purchase a flight only, please visit delta.com.

You can also use your miles to pay for some or all of your vacation. In addition, Delta Vacations is offering a new way to pay for travel. With Affirm, you can choose to make easy monthly payments instead of paying for your vacation upfront.

Delta-issued Transportation Credit Vouchers (TCV), Electronic Credit Voucher (ECV/E-TCV), Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO), Delta Transportation Vouchers (DTV), Electronic Denied Compensation Credit or eGifts and Gift Cards will only be accepted as payment toward a Delta Vacations package that includes airfare.

Yes, you can. Simply call the Delta Vacations Customer Engagement Center at 1-800-800-1504 to redeem your Electronic Denied Compensation Credit. Please check your credit for full details.


TRAVEL

Many airlines assess a fee for checked luggage. These fees are payable directly to the airline and are therefore not included in the Delta Vacations package price. Travelers with two separate tickets issued on two separate airlines should check each of the ticketing carrier’s specific baggage rules and will apply to each ticket. Travelers with flights on separate tickets will need to claim and recheck their bags and pay any imposed baggage fees to the operating carrier while in transit. Delta Air Lines baggage fees can be found on our site. You can also view the baggage fees for the various airlines used in conjunction with Delta Vacations packages.

Domestic Travel

All passengers 18 years of age or older are required to present one form of government-issued photo ID (such as a valid driver's license). Beginning May 7, 2025, you will need a state-issued REAL ID-compliant license or identification card, or another acceptable form of ID (such as a passport), to fly within the United States. Please visit tsa.gov, opens in a new window for a list of acceptable forms of ID and additional information regarding REAL ID.

Alternatively, passengers may present two forms of non-photo identification before boarding a flight. One must be a state or federal agency-issued ID (such as a U.S. Social Security card). Failure to present positive identification can result in denied boarding, and no refunds will be granted.

International Travel

Government legislation requires all people traveling via air to and from the United States or Canada to have a passport. There may also be specific documentation required for minors traveling unaccompanied or accompanied by a person other than their parent or legal guardian. MISCELLANEOUS

Absolutely. When you sign in to make a reservation, all your transactions are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and site verification provided by COMODO and the UserTrust Network. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address and phone number over the internet. This makes doing business over the internet as secure as purchasing by phone.

However, we understand that each person has their own level of comfort when it comes to making a purchase via the internet, and for that reason, you may also call our vacation experts at 1-800-800-1504 to book your getaway.

If you'd like to receive Delta Vacations specials via Delta Air Lines email, sign up here. If you currently receive a weekly Delta Air Lines email, there’s no need to sign up again. We only send email specials to those who have requested them, and do not sell email addresses to third parties.

A Delta Gift Card can be used toward any Delta Vacations package that includes airfare.

Gift cards may be purchased through delta.com, Delta Sky Clubs and authorized retailers nationwide including Target, Walmart, Best Buy; grocery stores including Kroger, Publix, Albertsons Safeway; pharmacy stores including Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy and Rite Aid; and home stores including Home Depot, Lowe’s and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Delta Gift Cards are also available to add to (and buy from) wedding registries including The Knot, Zola and Honeyfund.
