Delta Concierge Beta is a chatbot using generative artificial intelligence available exclusively through the Fly Delta app to SkyMiles members residing in the United States. Delta Concierge uses information you provide and information Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) already maintains about you, such as your SkyMiles profile information, to generate answers to your inquiries. For information about Delta’s privacy practices, visit the Delta Privacy Policy by checking ‘I agree to the Terms & Conditions’ and using Delta Concierge, you consent to the use of your information by Delta and its third-party providers for these purposes. Your use of Delta Concierge is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as Delta’s general Terms of Use. Terms and Conditions must be accepted before using Delta Concierge. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not participate in the Beta and should select the “Back” button.

Delta Concierge’s responses are artificially generated and may contain inaccuracies. Delta makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its responses and is not liable in any way for inaccuracies or omissions in the responses. You should not rely on the responses provided by Delta Concierge. If Delta Concierge is unable to answer your question or you require further assistance, you will be redirected to our virtual assistant, where you can speak with a Delta Reservations specialist.

Delta Concierge uses multiple sources to answer questions, including but not limited to: Visa Run Inc. (d/b/a “Sherpa”) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Delta, Sherpa and IATA cannot guarantee accuracy of, and accept no liability for, travel restrictions or visa and entry requirements. Delta is not responsible for any goods or services offered by Sherpa or other providers.

Delta reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Delta Concierge following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Delta reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the Delta Concierge Beta at any time. Delta and Delta’s employees shall have no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participating in the Beta.
