Password Security

We recommend that customers use a unique password for their SkyMiles account. Your password on delta.com must be 8-20 characters long; one number and one letter; and one uppercase and lowercase letter.

In addition, the password cannot contain the '@' symbol; your SkyMiles number, email or username; and cannot contain more than three special characters.

Customers should use their SkyMiles number or username and password to logon to delta.com.

We would like to remind customers that if they use the same username and password combination for multiple accounts at multiple institutions, the risk of unauthorized access to accounts is increased.
