As part of our Customer Commitment, the 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation is for customers who book direct with Delta, on delta.com or the Fly Delta app. If a lower fare is available on delta.com, Fly Delta, third-party travel sites or through a travel agent after purchasing an eTicket, customers have the option to cancel their qualifying eTicket up to 24 hours after booking for any reason and receive a full refund. Customers can then purchase the lower fare. Cancellation requests must be made before travel commences for the first flight.
This commitment only applies to wholly unused published fare tickets originally purchased directly from Delta, including on delta.com, or the Fly Delta app.
