2. Customers who elect not to travel may cancel for a refund of the unflown portion of your ticket and any pre-paid seat upgrade or Preferred Seat (and checked bag fees), or an eCredit.

3. When rebooked travel occurs on or before February 28, 2027 in the same cabin of service as originally booked, the fare difference will be waived.

  •  A fare difference may apply when the waiver is class to class restrictive and the original booking class is not maintained in the rebooked itinerary.

Note: When rescheduled travel occurs beyond February 28, 2027, the change fee will be waived. However, a difference in fare may apply. Applicable change fee and fare difference will apply for new travel dates. Final travel must be completed by end of ticket validity.

Eligibility is limited to customers with an original ticket issue date on or before March 18, 2026. Changes to origin or destination may result in a fare increase. Any difference in fare between the original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of booking.
