JFK Temporary Terminal 2 Closure 

As Terminal 2 check-in at New York-JFK is temporarily closed all departing customers are directed to check in at Terminal 4. Customers with flights departing from Terminal 2 should check in at Terminal 4 and proceed to the dedicated bus service at Gate B18 to transfer to Terminal 2. Please allow extra time for itineraries requiring transfers between terminals.

Arriving customers with flights arriving to Terminal 2 should still proceed to Terminal 2 baggage claim to collect checked bags upon arrival and exit the airport. Customers arriving to Terminal 4 may proceed to Terminal 4 baggage claim to collect checked bags and exit the airport. All customers with connecting flights can proceed directly to their next gate and bags will transfer automatically. We apologize for any inconvenience.
