It is simple to redeem your eCredit(s) on delta.com in just a few easy steps.
If you had a SkyMiles account associated to your booking when you canceled your flight, you can find your eCredit by logging in and accessing your Profile.
If you do not have a SkyMiles Profile and need assistance in redeeming your eCredit(s), follow the steps listed below.

Step 1: Find Your Ticket Number
You will need to use the ticket number of your original booking (a 13-digit number beginning with “006”) to search for your eCredit.
In Your Email Inbox
Search for "Your Flight Receipt", and locate the email that applies to the trip you previously canceled.
Scroll down until you reach the “Flight Receipt” section in that email. Your ticket number will be the first item listed in that section.
Step 2: Search for Your eCredit
Using your ticket number, you can search for your eCredit at delta.com/redeem. Enter your ticket number in the field called “Certificate or eCredit #” and click the “Look Up” button to begin your search.
Step 7: Confirm Your Purchase
On the Review and Pay page you can review your selections a final time and enter your payment information. You will again see the price calculation accounting for your eCredit on the right side, so you know exactly how much you will be charged when you complete your purchase.
