Katrin Koenig

Katrin Koenig is President of Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, where she is responsible for setting the long-term vision and driving growth across the business, including expanding the product portfolio to ensure Delta Vacations remains the tour operator of choice for travel advisors, partners and SkyMiles® Members. She assumed this role in May 2026, following her tenure as Chief Commercial Officer.

During her time as Chief Commercial Officer, Katrin played a key role in optimizing sales channels and expanding the product portfolio, driving record business performance, while overseeing Product, Revenue Management, Analytics, Distribution and Sales functions.

A native of Germany with a passion for travel and experiencing new cultures, Katrin is an avid bucket-list traveler and has lived in five different countries. She began her career in the United States with Lufthansa German Airlines and joined Delta Air Lines in 2011. Over the course of her career at Delta, she has held strategic leadership roles across Revenue Management, Loyalty, Sales and Joint Venture Strategy teams.

As a community advocate, Katrin serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Comunidad Connect, a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty through partnerships with local communities. She has also led a joint community outreach initiative with Delta Vacations in the Dominican Republic.

Katrin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bayreuth in Germany and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and daughter.
