Katrin Koenig

Katrin Koenig is Chief Commercial Officer at Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company. In her role, she oversees Product, Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Innovation—driving customer-centric strategies that elevate the travel experience and deliver long-term growth. With over 14 years of experience spanning airline Revenue Management, Sales Development, Loyalty and working across global airline partnerships, Katrin is at the forefront of shaping the future of vacation travel.

Katrin joined Delta Vacations in August 2022 after serving as Director of Joint Venture Revenue Management Transatlantic at Delta. She has been with Delta since 2011 where she held a variety of roles. Before joining the Joint Venture team, she worked in Delta’s commercial organization where she led teams in Sales, Loyalty and PRM (Transatlantic Pricing Strategy, Domestic Retail Pricing and Strategy, and Revenue Market Analysis).

Previously, Katrin held senior roles at Delta Air Lines in both the U.S. and Europe, including leading transatlantic joint venture inventory strategy from Amsterdam. Her global perspective and data-driven approach have consistently delivered results across complex commercial landscapes.

A native of Germany and fluent in both German and English, Katrin holds an MBA from Emory University and a B.A. in International Management from the University of Bayreuth. She also serves on the executive board of Comunidad Connect, a nonprofit focused on sustainable development in Central America. Katrin is passionate about collaboration, innovation, and making travel more accessible and enriching for all.
