Dana Sample is the Vice President of Sales at Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, where she leads sales strategy and execution with a focus on growing premium revenue, building strong partner relationships, and delivering vacation experiences customers trust and value.

Dana brings more than 15 years of experience from Delta Air Lines, where she held a range of senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and revenue management. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales Marketing and Enablement, leading business to business (B2B) and digital marketing strategy, Sales Enablement, and employee engagement and training programs in support of Delta’s global sales organization. Her background also includes regional sales leadership, serving as Director of Global Sales for the Central Region, where she led corporate and agency sales across 11 states.

Throughout her career, Dana has been recognized for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to build trusted relationships across teams and with partners. She has led high impact initiatives that strengthen commercial performance while enhancing both the customer and employee experience.

Before joining Delta, Dana held roles in consulting and technology, developing a strong foundation in strategy, client engagement, and business development. She holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
