News & Advisories

All international flights operate out of Terminal E. Domestic flights typically use Terminal A, though some also operate out of Terminal E.

For a seamless connection experience between terminals, various options are available.

For Domestic to International Connections:

Delta’s complimentary shuttle bus runs between terminals from 4:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

  • Terminal A bus stop: near gates A13 – A22
  • Terminal E bus stop: near gate E13

Massport also provides a free shuttle service between all terminals, typically every 5 – 6 minutes. These shuttles feature low floors for easy boarding, luggage racks and wheelchair lifts.

  • Terminal A bus stop: curbside on the lower level, look for bus #11

Walking between terminals is also an option. You can get to the Skywalk Bridge by taking the escalator from the terminal A lobby. Expect about a 5-minute walk to terminal E.

For International to Domestic Connections:

All international customers will need to go through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon arrival. You can use the Massport free shuttle bus service to terminal A, and will need to pass through security again.
