News & Advisories

Please be advised that due to changes at Boston Logan International, departures and arrivals for Amsterdam (AMS), Paris (CDG), Tel Aviv (TLV), Cancun (CUN), London (LHR), Montego Bay (MBJ) and Punta Cana (PUJ) are in Terminal E. For customers who land at Terminal A and have a connecting flight in Terminal E, there are several options to ensure an easy connection experience.

1.) International travelers with a domestic flight connecting to an international flight departing from BOS can utilize Delta’s complimentary shuttle bus to take you from Terminal A to Terminal E without having to go through security again. The shuttle operates from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week and is located at gate A11.

2.) Massport also provides a free shuttle bus service between all terminals that typically runs every 5-6 minutes. These buses feature low-floors for easier boarding, luggage racks and are wheelchair lift-equipped. Please look for Massport shuttle bus #11 at curbside on the lower level of Terminal A.

3.) Customers arriving in Terminal A can walk to Terminal E by taking the Skywalk Bridge (up the escalator from the Terminal A lobby) which is about a 5-minute walk.

4.) We also provide a Delta Club Car, operated by our partner G2, located in the Skywalk Bridge to help transport those that choose to exit Terminal A connect to Terminal E. Please note that luggage Smartcartes are available throughout the airport.

For customers traveling on an international flight landing in Terminal E and connecting to a domestic flight departing from Terminal A, you will have to go through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon arrival, use the Massport free shuttle bus service  to Terminal A and pass through security again.
