House Rules


We’re glad you’re reading the fine print. To make your visit to Delta Sky Club as enjoyable as possible, we have created the following rules, terms and conditions and policies for all Members and guests (the "House Rules"). Delta Air Lines reserves the right to revise the House Rules without notice.

 

  • The Delta SkyMiles Platinum and Platinum Business American Express Cards will no longer provide Card Members with Club Access effective January 1, 2024. 
  • Effective January 1, 2024, all customers traveling with Basic Economy tickets (or similar "light" or "basic" tickets on a Delta partner flight) will not have access to the Delta Sky Club. 
  • Beginning January 1, 2023, annual Memberships (including renewals) to Delta Sky Club are available for purchase only by Medallion Members of the Delta SkyMiles Program. Customers who are not Medallion Members may still access Delta Sky Club with another qualifying credential. See Access & Policies for additional details.
  • Effective February 2, 2023, Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Medallion Members flying internationally in Main Cabin or Delta Comfort+ will no longer receive Club access, unless they have access through a different entry method (such as a Delta Sky Club Membership).
  • Delta Sky Club Members* can only use the Club in conjunction with same-day ticketed air travel on Delta or its partner airlines. 
  • Entry is permitted 3 hours prior to your departure time (this policy does not apply to flight delays or layovers).
  • Valid Delta Sky Club Membership, qualifying same-day boarding pass or other required credentials. (Only one credential may be used for Club access.)  See Access & Policies for additional details
  • Valid Membership credentials can be found in the My Wallet section of the Fly Delta App.
  • Individuals must be at least 18 years of age for Club Membership to access without a responsible, supervising adult. Individuals must be 21 years of age to access Clubs with a self-service bar. Local age restrictions apply in non-US locations.
  • Member must have access to the Delta concourse with a qualifying same-day boarding pass in order to use the Club at that location. No gate passes will be issued.
  • Delta reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who interferes with the business-like atmosphere of the Delta Sky Club or appears to be intoxicated.
  • Attire while in a Delta Sky Club must be in keeping with good taste and a dignified atmosphere.
  • Delta reserves the right to terminate any Membership or remove any Member or visitor for inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to conduct that’s undignified, disruptive, abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with Membership terms and conditions.
  • Delta Sky Club Members no longer have access to Air France or KLM Crown lounges; or VS lounges.
  • Airline, airport and industry employees are not permitted access while in uniform or while wearing Delta branded apparel or company/airport identification badge (this includes employees of other airlines, private and corporate aircraft, and charter carriers).

*Excludes existing Delta Sky Club Lifetime Members and up to two of their guests or a spouse/partner and children under 21. Lifetime Members may continue to access the Club with same-day ticketed air travel on any airline. Note: applies to existing Lifetime Members only; new Lifetime Memberships are not available.

Delta 360 Members and customers with a Lifetime Delta Sky Club Membership will be exempt from this policy.

Business meetings, conference calls and job applicant interviews are not permitted in any Delta Sky Club.

Delta Sky Club does not offer meeting room services.

  • Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under 21 years of age. Local age restrictions apply in non-U.S. locations.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into any Delta Sky Club.
  • Food and beverages may not be removed from any Delta Sky Club.
  • Existing Delta Sky Club access policies and eligibility rules apply to all Grab and Go entries.
  • A Delta Sky Club Member or customer with Club access (and their respective guests) may not enter a Delta Sky Club within 3 hours after utilizing the Grab and Go feature on the same day at the same airport. Similarly, a Delta Sky Club Member or customer with Club access (and their respective guests) may not utilize the Grab and Go feature within 3 hours after entering a Club on the same day at the same airport. In the case of irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations of the customer’s qualifying departing or connecting Delta flight on the same day, Delta reserves the right to exercise situational flexibility regarding Club entry or use of the Grab and Go feature.
  • Guest fee for Grab and Go entries is $25 per guest per visit, or 2,500 miles per guest per visit (mileage redemption option available only to Delta Sky Club Members).
  • For Members with an Executive Membership, they may bring either 2 guests or immediate family (spouse/domestic partner and children under 21 years of age) complimentary. The Member may also bring 2 additional guests for $50, or 5,000 miles per Club visit (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only), provided the Member and guests are flying on Delta or its partner airlines. For entries to Grab and Go locations, the fee for additional guests beyond the allowance is $25 or 2,500 miles per person per visit (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only).
  • Members with an Individual Membership may access Delta Sky Club with either 2 guests or immediate family (spouse or domestic partner and children under 21 years of age) for $50, or 5,000 miles per guest per Club visit (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only) provided that Delta determines that adequate space exists and that the Member and guests are flying on Delta or its partner airlines. For entries to Grab and Go locations, the guest fee is $25 per Club visit, or 2,500 miles (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only).
  • For existing Members with a Lifetime Membership, they may bring either two guests or immediate family (spouse/domestic partner and children under 21 years of age) complimentary. You may also bring 2 additional guests for $50 per Club visit, or 5,000 miles per Club visit (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only) with same-day ticketed air travel on any airline. For entries to Grab and Go locations, the fee for additional guests beyond the allowance is $25 or 2,500 miles per person per visit. Lifetime Memberships are no longer available for purchase. 
  • Guests and family privileges apply only when the visitors accompany the Member. Member must remain with the guests at all times during the visit.
  • Guests and family members must abide by Delta Sky Club House Rules.

  • Effective for travel dates on or after January 1, 2024, all customers flying on Basic Economy fares will not be permitted for Club entry. 
  • Beginning January 1, 2023, annual Memberships (including renewals) to Delta Sky Club are available for purchase only by Medallion Members of the Delta SkyMiles Program. Customers who are not Medallion Members may still access Delta Sky Club with another qualifying credential.
  • Delta Sky Club Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Membership is effective from the date of purchase and continues for the duration of the Membership type purchased.
  • For Memberships that are renewed prior to the expiration date of a current Membership, the length of the membership purchased will be added to the current expiration date.
  • Members must agree to abide by and be subject to all the Delta Sky Club House Rules.
  • Membership will be terminated for inappropriate conduct or for not adhering to the house rules.
  • The Membership card is the property of Delta and must be returned upon request.
  • Delta Sky Club House Rules must be observed or Membership may be terminated without compensation.
  • Delta Sky Club Members will not be compensated for changes in locations, rates or House Rules.
  • Digital Membership credentials will be available in the My Wallet section of the Fly Delta App.

 

  • As of November 15, 2018, the sale of the $59/5,000 Single Visit Passes has been discontinued.
  • Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to access the Club with a Single Visit Pass, unless accompanied by a responsible, supervising adult who is also a Club Member.
  • All guests and family members must have their own Single Visit Pass for Club access. Exception: children under 2 years of age may accompany someone accessing the Club with a Single Visit Pass.
  • A Single Visit Pass must be used in conjunction with same-day ticketed air travel on Delta Air Lines or its partner airlines.
  • Single Visit Passes are valid for a single club visit. Single Visit Pass is valid for use at the Delta Sky Club location where the purchase was made. This pass does not grant access to partner lounges. 
  • Effective for travel dates on or after February 2, 2023, customers flying on Basic Economy fares and using a Single Visit Pass as their entry credential will not be permitted for Club entry.

Delta Sky Club pet policy mirrors the Carry-On Pet Policy. Pets permitted in Delta Sky Club include dogs, cats and household birds. Monkeys, rabbits, pot-bellied pigs, reptiles, frogs, mice, rats, sugar gliders and spiders are not permitted. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and must remain inside the kennel with the door secured at all times.

Guidelines for service and emotional support animals

  • Animal must be trained to behave properly in public settings and follow the direction of its owner
  • Animals must be clean and under the customer’s control at all times
  • No animals are allowed to occupy seats that are designed for passengers
  • Animals should not eat or drink from Delta Sky Club serviceware
  • Animals may not engage in disruptive behavior such as roaming freely, barking, growling or biting
  • Animal must be placed on the floor while at the food bar

Smoking, chewing tobacco, smokeless tobacco and electronic cigarette use is not permitted in any Delta Sky Club.

Mileage Redemption for Guest Fees:

Delta Sky Club Members may redeem miles from their SkyMiles account to cover fees for accompanying guests as a payment option, in lieu of guest fee paid in U.S. Dollars, at any Delta Sky Club or Grab and Go location. Guest payment must be made in person upon check-in to the Club location. Mileage must be deducted from Delta Sky Club Member’s own account. Member must have sufficient miles balance to cover the entire guest fee for all guests entering the Club with them. Not combinable with certificates, eCredits, or vouchers. Any miles you use will be automatically and permanently deducted from your SkyMiles account at the time of the redemption. Transactions are nonrefundable and cannot be reversed. SkyMiles Program Rules apply. For Delta Sky Club locations, the guest fee is $50 per person per visit, or 5,000 miles (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only). For entries to Grab and Go locations, the guest fee is $25 per person per visit, or 2,500 miles (mileage redemption option available to Delta Sky Club Members only).
