Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Faces of Travel

At Delta Air Lines, we actively seek diversity, boldly pursue equity, and consciously promote inclusion to create a sense of belonging for all people. We understand how important it is to represent and reflect the world we hope to bridge together. One of the many ways we are closing representation gaps is by accurately showcasing diverse groups traveling and sharing their stories. In order for people to feel welcomed while traveling, they need to first see themselves represented.

Faces of Travel is core to our long term commitment to increase representation and visibility within travel culture. Our campaign includes anthem films as well as a free visual library of images and videos available for all to use in travel content and visual communications. It features travelers of diverse backgrounds exploring different destinations around the globe to create more authentic and inclusive content. About the Collection To usher in a new era of representation and extend the impact of Faces of Travel, we’ve partnered with Adobe Stock to share a collection with 200+ images and 40+ video clips showcasing travelers of different; races, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities, disabilities and religions.
Behind the Scenes For the second year, we had the pleasure of working with photographer Seo Ju Park. In the behind the scenes video she shares her approach to capturing images that authentically represent the diversity of travelers from around the world and thoughts on why representation in travel culture matters to her.

Inspired Journeys

We hosted pop-up activations in Los Angeles at Westfield Century City and the ADCOLOR conference – the premier diversity gathering for creative professionals – as part of our commitment to increase representation and elevate emerging artists. Guests shared their favorite travel experiences, sketched in real time by eight diverse artists, and then received a digital copy of the artwork to keep sharing their unforgettable journeys.
