Atlanta-based Linton Hopkins dishes up menus inspired by artisan foods of the American South on flights from Atlanta to Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Munich, Paris, Rome or Stuttgart. Look for regional cheeses, Carolina Gold rice and grits, local charcuterie and pork, mountain trout and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
You’ll find seasonal flavors and regional touches woven into every detail of the menu, providing a taste of local culinary favorites.
On flights from China, Japan and Korea enjoy menus created by Chef Jereme Leung, Chef Norio Ueno and Chef Kwon Woo-Joong*. Each menu features authentic regional dishes with high quality ingredients and a seasonal flair.
