You may apply to more than one opportunity at Delta and it will not impact any existing applications. However, if you are extended and accept a conditional job offer for one opportunity, you cannot hold an additional offer for another one. For example, our ACS & Cargo team cannot hold an offer for both JFK and LGA.

Practice answering questions using the STAR method. The STAR method is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing. It is a useful method of answering interview questions as it allows you to provide concrete examples to demonstrate that you possess the experience and skills for the job at hand.

Pre-Employment screening is conducted based on the requirements of the job role.

Scheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You will also work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. 

You may see seasonal opportunities offered in certain stations. Seasonal Agents work between 150 and 800 hours per year. Seasonal work will depend on the operational need of the station and location. Recalls can happen at any time during the calendar year based on operational demand. Seasonal agents also do not receive the full scope of benefits, like comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and the full company match of 9% for your 401K. Seasonal agents instead have wellness benefits, paid personal time accrual, and a 401K match of 3%.

You may apply to other roles within the division after being in your current role for 6 months.  If you are looking to transfer into another division (like In-Flight or Reservations), you must have been within your current role for 1 year.

We offer Domestic and International (standby) flight privileges for employees and eligible family members.

You’ll get paid time off including 2 weeks of vacation, holidays, and 7 days of paid personal time (can be used for any reason - including personal illness, family illness, or vacation). Your vacation time is available for you to use on April 1 after you start with Delta. You are also eligible to earn 1 hour of paid personal time for every 30 hours worked.
