We are working to resolve an issue that is impacting our Reclaim My Status request form. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience as we work with our teams to resolve the issue. We encourage you to check back in 72 hours or email us at Reclaimmystatus@delta.com and include the following:

  • Full name
  • SkyMiles number
  • Email address
  • Current status
  • Status you’re applying for
  • Reason for lost status or inactivity
  • 2 pieces of documentation that would verify a major change in your life that reduced your ability to travel

We’re glad you’re ready to start traveling again. Please complete this form to request enrollment in Reclaim My Status. As a reminder, you are only eligible to receive the Tier of Medallion Status you enjoyed during the previous Medallion year.

Be sure to check off the list below before you submit your request to enroll:

  • You are ready to start traveling again
  • You’ve either already lost Status or have dropped to a lower Tier of Status due to a life event 
  • Your supporting documentation aligns with the same time period in which you slowed or stopped traveling 
  • You had Medallion Status the previous Medallion Year or a valid reason why it has been longer than two years
  • Your e-mail address in your SkyMiles Profile is your preferred e-mail address to receive communications about Reclaim My Status

Reviews of requests may come with a delay at this time, but please know we are doing everything we can to get back to you as soon as possible. Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirming whether you’ve been enrolled in Reclaim My Status.
