Frequently Asked Questions

  • Beginning January 1, 2024, SkyMiles Members will no longer earn MQMs or MQSs. Instead, the SkyMiles Program is moving to a simplified and streamlined earn structure where Members will only earn MQDs on their path toward Medallion Status.
  • With these changes, there are now new and enhanced ways to earn MQDs toward Medallion Status, including:
    • Purchases on Delta SkyMiles Platinum, Platinum Business, Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Cards
    • Delta Car Rentals and Delta Stays booked through delta.com
    • Delta Vacations packages (booked directly through Delta Vacations)
    • Delta SkyMiles Japan Credit Card purchases (listed below in FAQ)
  • In light of the above changes, the MQD Waiver and Status Boost benefits on eligible Delta SkyMiles American Express Cards will no longer be available as of January 1, 2024.

No, these changes will take effect starting in the 2024 Qualification Year (January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024) for 2025 Medallion Status, and beyond. Your Medallion Status for the 2024 Medallion Year (beginning February 1, 2024) was earned during 2023 (January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023).

In February 2024, following the final MQM Rollover processing, SkyMiles Members possessing a Rollover MQM balance after qualification for 2024 Medallion Status will have the option to convert any excess Rollover MQMs earned during 2023 to miles or MQDs or a combination of both.

No, Members will continue to earn and redeem miles the same way. The changes only affect the way you qualify for Medallion Status.

  • Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Card Members will earn $1 MQD for each $10 of purchases on their Card or any Additional Cards on the Card Account during a Qualification Year. Delta SkyMiles Platinum and Platinum Business American Express Card Members will earn $1 MQD for each $20 of purchases on their Card or any Additional Cards on the Card Account during a Qualification Year.
    • Example: If you purchase a Delta- or partner-operated flight with your Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card, you’ll be rewarded with $1 MQD for each $10 of ticket price spent on your Card (awarded after purchase), as well as the MQDs earned with Delta on the flight (awarded after completion of travel).

Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do not include fees, interest charges, cash advances, purchases of travelers' checks, person-to-person transactions, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents.

  • MQDs will be awarded based on the transaction date of a purchase. American Express relies on the transaction date submitted by the merchant, which may differ from the date you make a purchase, to determine whether the purchase counts toward the MQD threshold in that Qualification Year. This means that in some cases your purchases may not count toward the MQD threshold in the year in which you made the purchases.
    • For example, if you make a purchase on December 31 and the merchant lists the transaction date as January 1 when they submit the transaction data to American Express, your purchase will be counted in the Qualification Year which began on that January 1.

There are no benefit changes to the Delta SkyMiles Gold or Gold Business American Express Cards issued in the U.S.

MQDs earned on eligible Delta SkyMiles American Express Cards cannot be transferred, assigned, or gifted to other Members. Additional eligible Cards will earn MQDs on purchases, and these MQDs will only be credited to the Basic Card Member’s SkyMiles account.

  • Card Members will still have Unlimited entry to the Delta Sky Club Access under the current policy through January 31, 2025.
  • Beginning February 1, 2025, Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Card Members — both Basic and supplementary — will receive 10 annual Club visits until they make $75,000 in purchases and unlock unlimited access for the remainder of that year through January 31 of the next Program Year. Spend tracking starts in 2024 for the 2025 Program Year.
    • For example, if a Card Member reaches $75,000 in purchases on August 1, 2024, they would unlock Unlimited Delta Sky Club visit Access until January 31, 2026.

Delta Sky Club Visits at the same airport within a three-hour period will be counted as one Visit. For instance, if a customer in ATL visits the ATL-B Delta Sky Club and, due to a gate change, moves to the ATL-T Delta Sky Club within three hours, that would still be counted as one Visit.

No, Visits can only be used by the Eligible Card Member and cannot be used for guest entry. Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Card Members may use their Guest Passes for any guest entries, as two One-Time Guest Passes are issued to the Card Member after account opening and after account renewal each year. Or they can pay $50 per guest per Visit (up to two guests, or spouse/domestic partner and children under 21).

Card Members can receive an unlimited number of Visits by spending $75,000 or more in eligible purchases on the Eligible Card Account between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, and each calendar year thereafter. Once this threshold is met, the Card Member earns Unlimited Club Access for the remainder of that calendar year through January 31 of the next Year.

Please contact the Delta Sky Club Service Center for assistance. If you would like to discuss Card benefits or make updates to your Card membership, please contact American Express by calling the number on the back of your Card.

For the first time, SkyMiles Members living outside of the U.S. will now earn Medallion Status via MQDs. All currencies convert to USD at the standard exchange rate at the time of ticketing and/or purchase and will then convert from $1 USD to $1 MQD (excluding amounts for taxes and government-imposed fees).

Spend on SkyMiles Japan credit cards – including Delta SkyMiles American Express Gold Card and Delta SkyMiles American Express Card issued in Japan, Delta SkyMiles Diners Club Card, Delta SkyMiles JCB Gold Card, Delta SkyMiles JCB Card, Delta SkyMiles Takeoff JCB Card, Delta SkyMiles TRUST CLUB Platinum VISA Card, and Delta SkyMiles TRUST CLUB Gold VISA Card – will earn $1 MQD per 1,000 Japanese Yen of eligible purchases charged to one of these cards. Terms and conditions of the applicable card apply.

Eligible purchases for purposes of earning MQDs are purchases made on the listed cards that are also eligible to earn miles, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable card (including any exceptions to eligible purchases).

  • MQDs will be aggregated for all eligible purchases based on the applicable earn period as determined by the respective credit card issuer and posted once a month within 2-4 weeks from the end date of such applicable earn period for each Card Member.
  • The applicable earn period for TRUST CLUB VISA Cards, JCB Cards, and Diners Club Card is referred to as the “monthly billing cycle” for the issuer, and the applicable earn period for American Express Cards issued in Japan is referred to as the “mileage aggregation period,” which is listed on the monthly billing statement for such American Express Cards.
  • Credit card issuers rely on the date submitted to them by the merchant, which may differ from the date a Card Member makes a purchase, to determine the applicable earn period in which the purchase is included.
  • The “transaction date” for all MQDs during the applicable earn period will be the end date of such earn period and MQDs will be counted in the Qualification Year based on this transaction date.
    • Example: If the applicable earn period runs from November 16, 2024 to December 15, 2024, and you make eligible purchases on December 10, 15, and 16 — and these purchases are submitted by the merchant on December 16, 2024 — any earned MQDs on those eligible purchases will be provided after January 15, 2025 (end of the next earn period), at which time the transaction date for all of those MQDS will be “January 15, 2025,” and such MQDs will be counted in the Qualification Year, which begins on January 1, 2025.
  • No, MQDs will not be earned when a purchase and return are made within the same applicable earn period.
  • If a return is made during a subsequent earn period, MQDs for the return will be subtracted from MQDs to be earned for the period.

Earning MQDs on Flight Fares

A SkyMiles Member must meet the applicable Medallion Qualification Dollar (MQD) Threshold listed above to qualify for the corresponding Medallion Status.

MQDs are the sum total of the SkyMiles Member’s spend on Delta-marketed flights in Main Cabin or above (flight numbers that include the “DL” airline code), inclusive of the base fare and carrier-imposed surcharges, but exclusive of government-imposed taxes and fees. MQDs also include select partner airline flights and select exception fares.

Base fare and carrier-imposed surcharges for travel marketed by Core Global and Global Airline Partners and ticketed through a Delta channel (featuring a ticket number beginning with “006”) are also eligible to earn MQDs. For travel ticketed and marketed by Core Global and Global Airline Partners, MQDs will be awarded based on published Mileage Earn Charts at Earning Miles With Airline Partners.

Certain tickets, including but not limited to bulk, consolidator, cruise, vacation packages, inclusive tour and other tickets where the fare is not disclosed, will also count toward MQDs excluding bookings made through priceline.com or hotwire.com where the carrier is not disclosed prior to purchase. Miles and MQDs will be earned based on a percentage of distance flown as determined by the fare class paid as published at the time of travel. Refer to Earning Miles with Exceptions Fares. For purposes of mileage or MQD credit, “distance flown” means the calculated distance between origin and destination, as determined by Delta in its sole discretion, regardless of the actual distance traveled on any individual flight. Please visit the section regarding qualifying earn on Delta Vacations packages for specific details of the MQD calculation on those fares. Delta employee award travel, free, barter, pass travel and other similar tickets not eligible for mileage accrual will not earn MQDs.

Delta One, Delta Premium Select, First Class, Delta Comfort+ and Preferred Seats purchases and paid Premium class upgrades, made through a Delta channel (including delta.com, Fly Delta mobile app, Delta Reservations, Delta kiosks, and select Delta airport locations) are eligible to earn MQDs. If a Delta One, Delta Premium Select, First Class, or Delta Comfort+ paid upgrade or Preferred Seat is purchased at the airport in Amsterdam (AMS), or Paris (CDG) for a Delta-operated flight, the Member will not earn miles or MQDs. If a Member purchases a Delta Comfort+, paid Premium class upgrade or Preferred Seat and Delta is not able to accommodate the Member in that seat or a similar seat, the Member’s purchase will be refunded and no MQDs will be awarded. If a customer voluntarily changes his/her flight or seat selection once purchased, a refund for the original seat purchase will not be provided and no MQDs will be awarded. MQDs will not be awarded for complimentary access to Delta One, Delta Premium Select, First Class, Delta Comfort+ and Preferred Seats. MQDs may only be earned by the Member traveling whose name and SkyMiles number is included in the reservation.

All other ancillary purchases or fees including but not limited to checked baggage fees, Priority Boarding, Delta Sky Club® memberships, Wi-Fi passes, in-flight food and beverage purchases, in-flight entertainment, unaccompanied minor fees, pet travel fees, or mileage purchases, ticket change fees, Direct Ticketing Charge (DTC), same-day confirmed or standby fees, Administrative Service Charge (ASC), and External Reissue Charge (ERC), do not count toward earning MQDs.

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks after completion of a Delta-marketing flight (DL flight number) for miles and MQDs to be deposited in SkyMiles account.

Earning MQDs on Delta SkyMiles American Express Cards

Platinum MQD Boost:

Effective January 1, 2024:  Basic Card Members will earn one (1) Medallion Qualification Dollar (MQD) for each $20 of eligible purchases charged to their Delta SkyMiles® Platinum and Delta SkyMiles Platinum Business American Express Card or any Additional Cards on the Card Account during a Qualification Year. MQDs earned during a Qualification Year are used to determine qualification for Medallion Status for the subsequent Medallion Year for the Basic Card Member. MQDs have no cash value and are not redeemable for Award Travel or other SkyMiles redemptions. MQDs are not transferrable or assignable to any other person and cannot be gifted to another SkyMiles member.

All Medallion Status Qualification and Medallion Benefits rules and policies apply and may be viewed at delta.com/medallion. MQDs will not extend or roll over from year to year, and MQD balance will be reset to zero on or about January 1 each calendar year. Medallion Status is calculated annually based on activity during a Qualification Year. A Qualification Year is from January 1 to December 31 of a given year. The close of the Qualification Year is December 31, without regard to the time of the year that the Card Account is opened. This means that for the first year of Card Membership, the Card Member's eligible purchase period for the MQD Benefit may be shorter than twelve months.

American Express relies on the transaction date submitted to us by the merchant, which may differ from the date you make a purchase, to determine whether the purchase counts toward the MQD threshold in that Qualification Year. This means that in some cases your purchases may not count toward the MQD threshold in the year in which you made the purchases. For example, if you make a purchase on December 31 and the merchant lists the transaction date as January 1 when they submit the transaction data to us, your purchase will be counted in the Qualification Year which began on that January 1. MQDs will be deducted from the MQD Balance (and may result in a negative MQD Balance) for any returns or other credits, and Delta reserves the right to adjust, remove, or suspend Medallion Status if you return, reverse or charge back eligible purchases in a way that reduces your MQD balance below the threshold of any Medallion Tier for the preceding Qualification Year. If Delta and/or American Express determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this MQD Benefit in any way or that you intend to do so, Delta may not credit, Delta may freeze, or Delta may take away MQDs from your account or terminate your participation in the SkyMiles Program.

MQDs may take 8 to 12 weeks after the eligible transaction posts to the Card Account to be posted to the Basic Card Member’s Delta SkyMiles account. Basic Card Members can confirm their MQD progress for a Qualification Year by logging into their SkyMiles account on delta.com or in the Fly Delta app.

Reserve MQD Boost:

Effective January 1, 2024: Basic Card Members will earn one (1) Medallion Qualification Dollar (MQD) for each $10 of eligible purchases charged to their Delta SkyMiles® Reserve and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Business American Express Card or any Additional Cards on the Card Account during a Qualification Year.

Earning MQDs on Delta Vacations

Beginning January 1, 2024, SkyMiles Members will earn one (1) Medallion Qualifying Dollar (MQD) per US$1 (or equivalent foreign currency) of the Total Package Price for every completed Delta Vacations package when booked through the Delta Vacations direct channels. “Total Package Price” means the total value of the package in USD or equivalent foreign currency spent on Eligible Flights, base hotel rental rate, base car rental rate, but excluding taxes, fees, insurance, room service, other booking charges, amounts paid directly to the hotel, car or activity provider, or any element of the booking which is paid or reduced by vouchers or discount codes. “Eligible Flights” means Delta-marketed flights in Main Cabin or above (flight numbers that include the “DL” airline code), flights marketed Core Global Airline Partners that have a Delta ticket number (ticket number beginning with “006”) and SkyTeam-marketed flights operated by a SkyTeam member airline that have a Delta ticket number (ticket number beginning with “006”), in each case which is booked through the Delta Vacations direct channel. Eligible Flights expressly excludes flights marketed by airlines that are not Delta Core Global Airline partners or SkyTeam members. Qualifying car rental bookings include rentals at a participating location for one or more days at rates other than travel industry rates or discounts, wholesale of tour package rates or discounts, wholesale tour package rates, insurance/dealer replacement rates, corporate and government rates, group travel discounts, or rentals in conjunction with a frequent flyer car award, or other corporate agreements applicable to the respective car company.

SkyMiles members will be awarded the MQDs as follows:

  • All passengers listed in the Delta Vacations booking will earn on the flight portion of the package based on the following:

1. Flight Option #1: If the sum of all passengers’ Exception Fares is greater than or equal to the Total Package Price, then the number of flight MQDs earned by each passenger = (Total Package Price/ total # of passengers on the booking itinerary)

2. Flight Option #2: If the sum of all passengers’ Exception Fares is less than the Total Package Price, then the number of flight MQDs earned by each passenger = MQD’s for such passenger’s flight calculated using the Exception Fare policy.

  • In addition to the MQDs earned on the flight component (if applicable), the passenger who books the package will earn MQDs on the non-flight portion of the Total Package Price based on the following:

    1. If the flight MQDs for all passengers were calculated using flight option 1 above: No additional non-flight MQDs earned

    2. If the flight MQDs for all passengers were calculated using flight option 2 above: The number of additional non-flight MQDs earned by the lead booker = Total Package Price – (sum of all passengers’ Exception Fares)

    3. If no flight is attached to the booking, only the lead booker earns non-flight MQDs equivalent to the Total Package Price

This calculation does not apply to packages booked by agencies. On packages booked by agencies, SkyMiles members will only be eligible to earn MQDs on the flight portion of the package using the Exception Fares policy.

Generally, posting of MQDs and miles to a SkyMiles member’s account depends on when Delta receives information related to the qualifying purchase. For Delta Vacations miles and MQDs, please allow up to 6-8 weeks after completion of a Delta-marketed flight for flight miles and MQDs to be deposited in SkyMiles account and 8 weeks after completion of eligible car rental or hotel stay for miles and MQDs to be deposited in SkyMiles account. No MQDs will be awarded for any portion of the package not consumed by the passengers in the booking.

Rollover MQMs

As of January 1, 2024, SkyMiles members will no longer earn Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs). Medallion Qualification Miles and Medallion Qualification Segments will not be calculated or used to determine Medallion Status qualification. Beginning Feb 1, 2024, SkyMiles members possessing a Rollover MQM balance after qualification for 2024 Medallion Status will have the option to convert their final Rollover MQM balance (earned up to December 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM CST) into miles or MQDs. If miles are selected, the Rollover MQM balance will be converted at a ratio of 1 mile per 2 MQMs. If MQDs are selected, the Rollover MQM balance will be converted at a ratio of 1 MQD per 20 MQMs. SkyMiles members can split their Rollover MQM balance conversion between miles and MQDs based on 25% increments, and subject to the conversion ratios in the previous sentence.  For example, a SkyMiles member can elect to convert 25% of their Rollover MQM balance into miles and the remainder 75% into MQDs. If a SkyMiles member does not make a selection of miles or MQDs by December 31, 2024 11:59:59 PM CST, all Rollover MQMs will automatically be converted to MQDs. Members will be able to select their conversion preference until the selection window closes on December 31, 2024 11:59:59 PM CST.  Miles/MQDs are nontransferable and can only be credited to the SkyMiles member’s account who was in possession of the Rollover MQMs.  Selections are final, irrevocable, and not changeable.

Effective September 14, 2023 through January 31, 2025: Eligible Card Members receive complimentary access to the Delta Sky Club or to Grab and Go when traveling on a same-day Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight. Eligible Card Members traveling on a Delta partner airline flight that is not marketed or operated by Delta may access the Club at a per-visit rate of $50 per person, per location, or Grab and Go at a per-visit rate of $25 per person, per location. The Eligible Card must be used as the payment method to purchase guest access. Guests must also be flying on a same-day Delta or Delta partner airline flight. Children under 2 years of age may accompany the Eligible Card Member for free.

Effective February 1, 2025: Eligible Card Members will receive 10 Visits per Eligible Card per year to the Delta Sky Club or to Grab and Go when traveling on a same-day Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight. Visits are non-transferable and may only be used by Eligible Card Members. Eligible Card Members traveling on a Delta partner airline flight that is not marketed or operated by Delta may access the Club at a per-visit rate of $50 per person, per location, or Grab and Go at a per-visit rate of $25 per person, per location. Visits issued from February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026 will expire on January 31, 2026, and Visits issued in subsequent years will expire on January 31 of each calendar year thereafter.

A “Visit” is an entry to one or more Delta Sky Clubs or usage of the Delta Sky Club “Grab and Go” feature, in each case at a single airport on the date of departure or arrival of an Eligible Card Member’s scheduled flight. However, if the Eligible Card Member departs the Delta Sky Club and then attempts to enter the same or a different Club more than three hours after the first Visit entry time, an additional Visit will be deducted. In the case of irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations of the Eligible Card Member’s qualifying departing or connecting Delta flight on the same date, Delta reserves the right to exercise discretion, for example, by permitting access without deducting a Visit. A single Visit does not permit usage of Delta Sky Club(s) in multiple airports across a single trip. For example, if you visit a Delta Sky Club in different airports on a single trip, each entry into a Club will be considered a separate Visit. Eligible Card Members may not access the Club in the three hours from the time of previous Grab and Go usage, and access to the Club more than three hours after the time of Grab and Go usage will be considered a separate Visit. Eligible Card Members cannot purchase additional Delta Sky Club Visits once all 10 Visits have been used. Visits cannot be used for guest entry. During a Visit, Eligible Card Members may bring either up to two (2) guests, or their immediate family (spouse/domestic partner and children under 21) to the Club at a per-visit rate of $50 per person, per location or to Grab and Go at a per-visit rate of $25 per person, per location. The Eligible Card must be used as the payment method to purchase guest access. Guests must also be flying on a same-day Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight or Delta partner airline flight. Children under 2 years of age may accompany the Eligible Card Member for free.

To earn an unlimited number of Visits (“Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access”) starting on February 1, 2025, the total eligible purchases on the Eligible Card Account must equal or exceed $75,000 (the “Purchase Requirement”) between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 and in each calendar year thereafter. Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access will be provided to both the Basic and Additional Reserve Card Members on the Eligible Card Account once the Account has reached the Purchase Requirement. All entry requirements set forth in “General” above will continue to apply with respect to Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access.

Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access will be processed within a week of the Eligible Card Account’s satisfying the Purchase Requirement in most instances but may take up to 12 weeks to become effective. Once effective, Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access will be available for the remainder of the calendar year in which it became effective, the following calendar year and through January 31 of the next calendar year (for example, if Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access becomes effective on May 1, 2025, it will remain effective through January 31, 2027). Eligible purchases made by any Additional Card Members on the Eligible Card Account will contribute to the Purchase Requirement. Eligible purchases to meet the Purchase Requirement are for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees, interest charges, cash advances, purchases of travelers’ checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, or other cash equivalents. If a Card Member upgrades to an Eligible Card from a different Delta SkyMiles Card, eligible purchases made on the prior Delta SkyMiles Card Account will count toward the Purchase Requirement.  Delta reserves the right to revoke Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access if you return, reverse or charge back eligible purchases in a way that reduces your eligible spend below the Purchase Requirement for the calendar year. If Delta and/or American Express determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this Delta Sky Club Access Benefit in any way or that you intend to do so, Visits may be deducted from your account and/or Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access revoked.

Earning MQDs on Delta SkyMiles Cobranded Cards issued in Japan

Starting on January 1, 2024, Delta SkyMiles American Express Gold Card, Delta SkyMiles American Express Card, Delta SkyMiles Diners Club Card, Delta SkyMiles JCB Gold Card, Delta SkyMiles JCB Card, Delta SkyMiles Takeoff JCB Card, Delta SkyMiles TRUST CLUB Platinum VISA Card, and Delta SkyMiles TRUST CLUB Gold VISA Card Members will earn one (1) MQD for each 1,000 Japanese Yen of eligible purchases charged to one of these cards during a Qualification Year. MQDs earned during a Qualification Year are used to determine qualification for Medallion Status for the subsequent Medallion Year for the Card Member.

Eligible purchases for purposes of earning MQDs are purchases made on the listed cards that are also eligible to earn miles, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable card (including any exceptions to eligible purchases). For each Card Member, MQDs will be aggregated for all eligible purchases based on the applicable earn period as determined by the respective credit card issuer and posted once a month within 2-4 weeks from the end date of such applicable earn period. The applicable earn period for TRUST CLUB VISA Cards, JCB Cards, and Diners Club Card is referred to as the “monthly billing cycle” for the issuer, and the applicable earn period for American Express Cards issued in Japan is referred to as the “mileage aggregation period” which is listed on the monthly billing statement for such American Express Cards.

Credit card issuers rely on the date submitted to them by the merchant, which may differ from the date a Card Member makes a purchase, to determine the applicable earn period in which the purchase is included.  The “transaction date” for all MQDs during the applicable earn period will be the end date of such earn period and MQDs will be counted in the Qualification Year based on this transaction date.  For example, if the applicable earn period runs from November 16, 2024 to December 15, 2024, and you make eligible purchases on December 10, 15, and 16 and these purchases are submitted by the merchant on December 16, 2024, then any earned MQDs on those eligible purchases will be provided after January 15, 2025 (end of the next earn period), at which time the transaction date for all of those MQDs will be “January 15, 2025” and such  MQDs will be counted in the Qualification Year, which begins on January 1, 2025. For more details, please contact the respective credit card issuer.

MQDs will not be earned when a purchase and return are made within the same applicable earn period.  If a return is made during a subsequent earn period, MQDs for the return will be subtracted from MQDs to be earned for the period, or, if no MQDs are earned during that earn period then the Card Member will carry the negative MQD balance to the next earn period. If Delta and/or a credit card issuer determines that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this MQD Benefit in any way or that you intend to do so, Delta may not credit, Delta may freeze, or Delta may take away MQDs from your account, or Delta may adjust, remove, or suspend Medallion Status, or Delta may terminate your participation in the SkyMiles Program.

Terms and conditions of the applicable card apply.
