Cancellation & Change Policy Terms & Conditions 

  • Effective April 20, 2022, all airfare cancellation fees are waived for travel booked May 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022.
  • For travel booked May 1, 2021, through December 31, 2022, travelers will receive a credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate for the residual package cost if canceled, including airfare cancellation fees. Credits for non-refundable components will not be issued, and other non-air fees may still apply. The travel certificate will be sent to your email address within 6-8 weeks and can be used toward booking your next flight + hotel vacation by December 31, 2023, for travel through 2024.
  • For any customer who booked and canceled travel between May 1, 2021 and April 19, 2022, who prefer their original form of payment refunded per our previous cancellation policy, it will be minus all airfare cancellation fees, which will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please call our vacation experts at 1-800-800-1504.

Airfare

  • Change fees have been eliminated permanently for Delta tickets purchased for travel from North America to all destinations worldwide, excluding Basic Economy fares. For tickets issued by air carriers other than Delta, change fees will vary based on airfare rules. 

*Hotel

A $50 deposit will be charged per land-only booking, and will be forfeited in the event of a booking cancellation; modifications to a booking will not result in an additional deposit.

  • Some hotel rates may not be nonrefundable. You acknowledge that the booking may be by Travelscape, LLC.
  • 4 or more days prior to departure
    • Customers may change to a different hotel or change rooms within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change results in additional hotel revenue being collected.
    • If the change does NOT result in additional hotel revenue being collected, the fees above will apply.
  • 0-3 days prior to departure
    • Customers may change room categories within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change results in additional hotel revenue being collected.
    • Customers may choose to change to a different hotel, subject to availability. However, the hotel portion is nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for applicable rates for the new hotel.
    • Examples of "other nonrefundable items" are train tickets, event or show tickets, theme park passes, etc.

Booking Policies

Reservation Considerations:

The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this web site due to their complexity or special requirements:

  • Reservations that include stays in more than one city.
  • Hawaii reservations that include stays on more than one island.
  • Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-800-1504 once you complete your booking online. If there are two or more children under the age of two traveling with the same adult, only one of the children may travel as a lap child. Any additional children are required to purchase a seat. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. Regardless of your destination, when making your reservation, you should indicate you are traveling with an infant.
  • Upgrades to first class.
  • Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests.
  • A reservation with more than 4 rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than 4 children.
  • Reservations that include an escorted tour.
