Kristen Molloy is Vice President of Sales with Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company. In her role, she leads the development and execution of Delta Vacations Sales strategies and operations with a focus on delivering superior customer service, driving revenue and building new partnerships.
Kristen joined Delta Vacations in 2013 as a Partnership Marketing Manager. She was promoted to Manager, Sales Development in 2013 and in 2015 to Director, Sales Operations. She has led the development and execution of key strategic initiatives, which have improved Delta Vacations overall Agency partner satisfaction by 35% while facilitating channel growth by 25%.
Prior to joining Delta Vacations, she was a marketing manager for Southwest Airlines Vacations, managing key travel agency partnerships and marketing. It’s through this experience, early in her career she discovered her true passion for travel.
As Vice President, Kristen brings her extensive travel industry and sales experience in communications, operations, relationship building and selling to help advance the Delta Vacations brand in the marketplace. Her commitment to inspire and motivate teams coupled with her demonstrated ability to deliver results positions her to successfully lead the Delta Vacations Sales organization.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Rollins College in Florida and a Master of Arts from University College Dublin in Ireland.
