Her leadership has been instrumental in elevating agency partner satisfaction by 35% and expanding channel growth by 25%, underscoring her ability to deliver measurable results.

Kristen began her career in the travel industry with Southwest Airlines Vacations, where she managed key travel agency partnerships and marketing programs. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for travel and the power of building meaningful industry relationships.

She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Rollins College and a M.A. from University College Dublin.
