Kama is responsible for advancing Delta Vacations’ strategic position to deliver best-in-class vacation experiences while sustaining strong financial performance.
Kama Winters is President of Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, and is responsible for ensuring Delta Vacations continues to be the tour operator of choice for travel advisors, partners and consumers while establishing a long-term vision for the brand and building on the successful connections and relationships between Delta Vacations and Delta.
She joined Delta Vacations in June 2021 after serving as Director of Product Retailing at Delta. She has been with Delta since 2016, where she held a variety of roles in Marketing and Digital Strategy.
Kama has more than 20 years of Marketing and Communications experience. She began her career at General Motors, supporting their Loyalty Center, a CRM hub, to connect and foster loyalty across the brands. She later found a home on the marketing agency side, supporting Delta in its emergence from bankruptcy. Kama has grown with the industry’s evolution for the last 18 years, supporting all aspects of cross-channel marketing strategy, advertising and technology, focusing on delivering a more personalized customer experience.
Kama is an active leader of several development groups at Delta. She co-leads the Commercial LEAD Development program and is a dynamic leader in We Lead, supporting gender-balanced talent development and advancement.
Kama earned a B.A. in Communications and a Master’s degree in Interactive Design & Technology from Florida State University. While she calls Atlanta home, she loves the joys of traveling and making memories with her husband and two children.
