If you choose to rebook outside the flexible rebooking window, a fare difference will apply.

  1. When rebooked travel occurs on or before September 18, 2026 in the same cabin of service as originally booked, the fare difference will be waived.
    • If the original booking class is not available and the travel waiver is limited to flights with inventory available in the same booking class as the original ticket, a fare difference may apply.
  2. When rebooked travel occurs after September 18, 2026, a difference in fare may apply.
  3. If travel cannot be rescheduled within these guidelines, customers may cancel their reservation and apply the unused ticket value toward a new ticket within one year of the original issue date.
    • Any applicable fare difference will be collected, and travel must be completed by end of ticket validity.
  4. This policy applies only to tickets issued on or before September 8, 2026. Changes to origin or destination may result in a fare difference. Any difference in fare between your original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of booking.
