U.S. Restrictions on Cuba Travel

On June 4, 2019, the U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control announced new restrictions for travel to Cuba. This means Delta can no longer carry any customers to Cuba under the previously allowed “group people-to-people” travel authorization. Delta will always operate within the limits of law and will continue to collect a certification from each customer for their travel reason to Cuba.
