  • Delta is committed to enhancing the experience of our Corporate Travelers every step of the way. Now, all other things being equal, our Corporate Travelers will be prioritized within their Medallion® Tier for Complimentary Upgrades2.

This is the latest benefit that prioritizes our Corporate Travelers throughout their travel experience. Corporate Travelers who are SkyMiles Members also receive complimentary Zone 1 Priority Boarding, and – in the unlikely event that things don’t go as planned – enhanced protection from involuntary downgrades and denied boarding as well as priority service recovery assistance with rebooking.

Business shouldn’t always feel like work. Relax knowing you chose Delta.

  • If you’re a SkyMiles Member traveling for business, you’ll now receive Zone 1 Priority Boarding on all Delta and Delta Connection® flights3. And don’t worry, if you’re eligible for a higher boarding priority through your Medallion® Status or ticket class, you’ll still get to board with that priority. If you’re not already a SkyMiles Member, enroll at delta.com/enroll.

  • Eligible Corporate Travelers can now select complimentary Preferred Seating at delta.com4. Visit MyTrips or use the Fly Delta app after ticketing for eligible flights to view seats and select your preferred aisle or window seat near the front of the plane.

Terms & Conditions

1Priority Standby:
To be eligible for the Priority Standby benefit, tickets must be purchased via authorized company channels and reflect the company’s unique identifier, known as a Corporate Ticket Designator. Tickets purchased through any other ticketing source will not qualify. Customers traveling on qualifying tickets will receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly-situated customers not traveling on qualifying tickets when waiting for a seat assignment on the Airport Standby List. Factors impacting placement on Airport Standby List may include but are not limited to ticket value, loyalty program status, and check-in time. This benefit does not guarantee receiving a seat assignment or placement at or near the top of the standby list. Factors and formula for passenger prioritization, including factors used to identify similarly situated passengers, are confidential.  Seat assignments and prioritization are in Delta’s sole discretion. Benefits may be suspended without notice during irregular operations.

2Corporate Priority Upgrade:
To be eligible for the Corporate Upgrade benefit, Corporate Travelers must be SkyMiles Medallion Members and traveling on a ticket that includes their employer’s eligible Corporate Ticket Designator. When certain conditions are met, customers traveling on Corporate Ticket Designators will receive priority over similarly situated customers not traveling on Corporate Ticket Designators when standing by for a Medallion Complimentary Upgrade. Full details and terms for Complimentary Upgrades can be found at delta.com/complimentaryupgrades. Benefit subject to change at any time without notice.

3Priority Boarding:
Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta at the time of ticketing and travel and who have a valid SkyMiles number recorded in their reservation at the time of check-in are entitled to receive Zone 1 Priority Boarding on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Delta does not offer Priority Boarding on Delta Shuttle® flights. Only flights that are booked using the employer’s Corporate Ticket Designator are eligible.  If the customer is eligible to receive a higher boarding priority based on his or her ticket class or SkyMiles Medallion Status, he or she will receive the higher priority. Please allow one week between SkyMiles enrollment and processing of the Priority Boarding benefit. All SkyMiles program rules apply. For details, visit delta.com/memberguide.

4Preferred Seats:
Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta are eligible to receive complimentary Preferred Seating on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Preferred Seating may be selected by the customer any time after ticketing. Only flights that are booked using the employer’s Corporate Ticket Designator are eligible, and tickets booked in Basic Economy (E) are not eligible for this benefit. Eligibility may vary by fare class; contact your Corporate Travel Manager for more details and eligible fare classes. Preferred Seating is subject to availability. All Preferred Seats terms and conditions apply and are available at delta.com.
