Corporate Travel Managers

The Management Hub was designed to give travel managers greater control and visibility into their company’s travel program by offering features like:

  • The ability to create “groups” of corporate travelers based on the company’s travel program
  • Form of payment management by group
  • Access to a flightboard to view active and upcoming flights for corporate travelers
  • Integration of duty-of-care providers 
  • Access to trip and expense reports

 

Group Management

Simplify payments and reporting with your traveler groups. Define groups based on program needs (like departments, levels, etc.), assign specific payment methods and easily analyze expense reports.

Reporting

Manage your travel program with detailed, exportable data from our travel statement, credit card and user reports. These reports provide clear information on bookings, charges, registration and more.

Duty of Care

Get greater visibility into trip details, flight status, airport snapshots and more with our flightboard. You can also make trip changes and grant travel agency access for seamless booking management.

 

Corporate Travelers


We’ve listened to your needs and created the business experience on delta.com and in the Fly Delta app, allowing you to book company travel directly with us. You’ll earn miles on every trip in Main Cabin or above and enjoy added benefits that include:

  • Convenient use of delta.com and the Fly Delta app to book travel
  • Access to your company’s negotiated rates
  • Automatic syncing of your business trips and receipts back to your organization
  • Direct access to your company’s approved form of payment(s)

Frequently Asked Questions


The business booking experience on delta.com provides streamlined booking and more personalized content specific to your company. This functionality makes it easier for corporate travel managers to manage their company’s program and for business travelers to book their trips.
Any company registered with the Delta SkyBonus/SkyMiles for Business, Air France/KLM BlueBiz or Aeromexico Club Premier Corporate program can earn points on eligible flights booked on delta.com. Points are earned when a traveler adds their company’s Corporate Rewards Program Member Number to their trip at check out.
The Travel Management Hub makes it easier for corporate travel managers to manage their company’s program and for business travelers to book their trips.

Check the Business Loyalty Programs section within Other Loyalty Programs in your SkyMiles profile settings to see which business travel program your profile is associated with: 

  • If you have a SAP Concur association, then remove your SkyMiles number from the App Listing or My Travel Network your Concur account.  
  • If you have a Corporate Rewards Program association, then remove your Corporate Rewards Program Member Number from the “Corporate Rewards field Program” in the Business Loyalty Programs section  of your SkyMiles profile. This includes Delta SkyBonus/SkyMiles for Business, Air France/KLM BlueBiz, or Aeromexico Club Premier Corporate. 
  • If you have an Business Travel Program association, please reach out to your company travel administrator and request an update.
