  • Step 1:
    • Select “Get Technical Assistance” from the "Category" drop-down menu
    • Select “SkyMiles/Login” from the "Sub-Category" drop-down menu
    • Select “Both SkyMiles / Login Number and Password" from the "Sub-Category2" menu.
    • Click “NEXT
  • Step 2:
    • Please fill out the fields listed below:
      • First and Last Name
      • Mailing Address
      • Email Address
      • Select “Delta Air Lines/SkyMiles” from the “Airline Program” drop-down menu
      • Enter your SkyMiles number into the “Frequent Flyer Number” field
    • Click “NEXT
  • Step 3:
    • Please upload photo identification to verify your identity (such as a driver’s license). This is to ensure the security of your account before we can verify your identity or unlock your account. This documentation must meet all below requirements:
      • Must include photograph and signature
      • Must be issued by a local, city, state or national government
      • Must be current (non-expired)
  • Step 4: 
    • Once you have submitted your information, a member of our team will review your request. When your account has been verified or re-opened, you will receive an email confirmation.
