Effective August 11, all non-residents must arrive with a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure or proof of a pending test result from a test taken within 72 hours prior to departure. Non-residents should upload negative result into the online Alaska Travel Portal. If tested 72 hours before departure and awaiting results, travelers will need to upload proof of test taken and quarantine while waiting. If a non-resident arrives without a pre-test, testing is available for $250 per test. The traveler will be required to quarantine while waiting on results. For residents of Alaska, testing remains available at no cost and a 14-day quarantine option is available in lieu of testing.

Passengers traveling to the District of Columbia from a jurisdiction with more than 10 COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people are asked to get a test within 72 hours of travel, and if the test is positive, asked to not travel. If a passenger is a visitor to DC for more than 3 days, they are asked to get tested again within 3-5 days of arrival. Visitors from Maryland and Virginia, as well as essential workers, are exempt. DC residents returning from a high-risk state or country are asked to limit daily activities and self-monitor for 14 days or limit daily activities until they get tested for COVID-19 and receive a negative result. Passengers traveling to Hawaii must register with the State by setting up an account on the Safe Travels Hawaii website, opens in a new window.  In addition to setting up an account for each person who will be traveling, each passenger must also:

• take an NAAT COVID test from a State of Hawaii Trusted Partner, opens in a new window no more than 72 hours before flight departure time.  If you have a multi-city flight itinerary, the departure time is from the last city you leave before arriving at a Hawaii airport. Upon receipt of your test result, each person should upload their test result via the account established at the Safe Travels Hawaii website; and,
• complete the mandatory State of Hawaii Safe Travels health form 24 hours prior to departure and obtain a QR Code from the State.  This form can be accessed on the main page of your Safe Travels account by clicking on the Health Questionnaire icon. 
  

To avoid a strictly enforced 14-day quarantine, visitors to Hawaii must have taken an NAAT COVID test from a  State of Hawaii Trusted Partner within 72 hours prior to arrival in Hawaii and have a negative test result. There is not an option to obtain a test upon arrival. 

Once completed, you will receive an email from the State that contains a QR Code. You will be required to show this QR Code to enter the Screening Area.

There are no state-wide restrictions for Illinois; however, passengers traveling to the City of Chicago may be subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine in a home or hotel room or be required to get a pre-departure COVID test. Chicago designates states as Red, Orange, or Yellow based on the state’s level of community-wide spread of COVID-19.

• Passengers traveling from a state on the Red list must quarantine for a 14-day period or the duration of their time in Chicago, whichever is shorter.
• Passengers traveling from a state on the Orange list is directed to obtain a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Chicago or quarantine for a 14-day period (or the duration of their time in Chicago, whichever is shorter).
• Passengers traveling from a state on the Yellow list are not subject to a quarantine or required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test.

NEW YORK

Published November 5, 2020:

Out-of-state travelers are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine, but may shorten the duration of quarantine with testing. Passengers will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 3 days of arriving in New York and then will be required to quarantine for at least 3 days upon arrival and take a second COVID-19 test on the fourth day. If the second test is negative, passengers are no longer required to quarantine. If the test is positive, passengers must quarantine for 14 days. States contiguous with New York and essential workers are exempt from quarantine protocol and travel advisory.

International passengers entering New York from a Level 2 or Level 3 country designated by the CDC are also required to quarantine. Passengers traveling to Canada:

1. may be subject to federal, provincial or territorial measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19;
2. foreign nationals may be prohibited from entering Canada under the Quarantine Act;
3. may be liable for a monetary penalty if they provide false or misleading information in response to the health check and additional questions;
4. may be refused boarding if:
   • they exhibit a fever and a cough or a fever and breathing difficulties, unless they provide a medical certificate certifying that their symptoms are not related to COVID- 19;
   • they have, or suspect they have, COVID-19; or
   • they have been refused boarding in the previous 14 days for a medical reason related to COVID-19;
5. should not provide answers that they know to be false or misleading during the health check and additional questions;
6. may be refused boarding of an aircraft for a flight to Canada for a period of 14 days if the temperature screening conducted under section 12 indicates that they have an elevated temperature, unless they provide a medical certificate certifying that their elevated temperature is not related to COVID-19; and 
7. must be in possession of a face mask prior to boarding, wear the mask at all times during boarding, the flight, and in the terminal, and comply with any gate agent or crew instructions regarding face mask usage.

Passengers are required to read the Minimizing the Risk of Exposure to COVID-19 in Canada, opens in a new window order and to confirm that they are permitted to enter Canada prior to boarding. Canada has extended entry restrictions for most foreign passengers. until at least November 30. Nationals and permanent residents are permitted to enter, along with other exceptions. If a passenger does not meet criteria for an exception, but is admitted, the passenger will need to quarantine for 14 days.  

As of November 21, 2020, passengers will be required to submit their information electronically through the ArriveCAN mobile app or by signing in online prior to boarding. This information includes travel and contact information, quarantine plan (unless exempt, opens in a new window), and COVID-19 symptom self-assessment. Passengers who fail to do so may be subject to fines. Exceptions will be made for those unable to submit documents electronically due to personal circumstances, such as disability or inadequate infrastructure.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

All passengers traveling to Antigua and Barbuda are required to complete the Electronic Passenger Registration Form and Health Screening Form prior to departure.

Starting July 5, passengers must complete a COVID RT-PCR test within 7 days prior to departure for and provide negative test results upon arrival.  This includes transiting passengers. Travelers will be subject to health screening, which may include COVID testing, upon arrival.  All arriving passengers will be monitored for COVID-19 for periods of up to 14 days in accordance with the directions of the Quarantine Authority and the Quarantine (COVID-19) Guidelines. Visitors may be required to undergo testing for COVID-19 at the hotel or place of lodging as determined by the Health Authorities. The test takes 15 minutes and results will be issued in approximately 48 hours but can take as long as 96 hours.  Travelers will be alerted of their results by health officials. Whilst travelers await results, they do need to limit their movements, as instructed by the Quarantine Authority.

ARUBA

Published November 4, 2020: 

All passengers traveling to Aruba are required to complete online the mandatory Health Assessment, opens in a new window, within 72 hours prior to departure to Aruba.  Based on the answers to the questions, a passenger will receive an email (typically within 15 minutes) stating whether he/she has qualified to travel.  Travelers approved for travel will receive an ED card and must present the approval card during check-in and/or boarding.  

Travelers 15 years of age or older must take a PCR Molecular COVID -19 test.  There are two testing options: test prior to travel or test upon arrival.  Testing undertaken prior to travel needs to be done between 12 to 72 hours prior to departure.  Test results must be uploaded as part of the Health Assessment application, opens in a new window at least 12 hours and at most 72 hours prior to departure. Travelers will not be able to upload test results after the 12-hour pre-flight departure deadline.   

Travelers electing to take a PCR Molecular COVID-19 test on-arrival must quarantine at their place of stay until results are received.  Passengers are also responsible for the cost of the test ($75). All passengers will be subject to a health screening upon arrival.   

Health insurance must be purchased prior to departure. The Aruba Visitors Insurance, opens in a new window is a mandatory insurance that helps protect visitors against incurred medical and non-medical expenses if testing positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Aruba.

BAHAMAS

Visitors of The Bahamas are required to apply for a Bahamas Health Visa, opens in a new window  and provide a COVID RT-PCR test negative result issued less than 5 days prior to arrival. Passengers arriving to The Bahamas through November 6, 2020 will be permitted with a negative COVID RT-PCR test result issued less than 7 days prior to arrival. Passengers must present the approved Bahamas Health Visa, opens in a new window and negative COVID test result at check-in and upon arrival (children under 10 exempt). The name and address of the lab, where the test was performed, must be clearly displayed on the test result.  Health Visa applications can take up to 72 hours so please allow adequate lead time. Travelers will be subject to health screening, including COVID testing, upon arrival. Additionally, passengers must take a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test on Day 5 of the visit (unless departing on Day 5). Fees for this test as well as mandatory health insurance will range from $40 - $60 (children under 10 free).  

Starting November 14, 2020, all visitors will be required to opt-in to mandatory COVID-19 Insurance when applying for their Health Travel Visa. The insurance will cover travelers for the duration of their stay in The Bahamas.

Beginning November 1, 2020, The Bahamas will remove the mandatory “Vacation in Place” requirement for all visitors, returning citizens and residents thereby, enabling everyone to move about and explore the Bahamas beyond the confines of their hotel or other accommodations. For the duration of the visit, passengers need to complete a daily online health questionnaire for symptom tracking purposes.

BERMUDA

Passengers 10 years of age or older are required to (1) take a COVID PCR test ideally within 72 hours of departure (but no more than 7 days before departure); (2) complete the Bermuda travel authorization process online, opens in a new window (including uploading negative COVID test results) 1 to 3 days prior to departure; and (3) bring a printed copy of the completed Public Health Passenger Locator Form., opens in a new window An approved Travel Authorization, a negative COVID PCR test result, and the Passenger Locator Form are required to be presented before departure and upon arrival in Bermuda.  Visitors without a negative pre-departure test result cannot obtain Travel Authorization. All passengers will be tested for COVID upon arrival and quarantine until results are available (estimated 12-24 hours).  Visitors and residents must take additional COVID tests on Day 4, Day 8 and Day 14 (if still on island) after arrival at a pop-up testing center and appointments will be automatically booked for visitors. If departing on Day 4 or 8, travelers do not need to be tested. Should the time or location of a test not suit you, please call the COVID hotline to reschedule at (441) 444 – 2498. Travelers (residents and visitors) with a pre-departure test are required to quarantine while awaiting results of arrival test (estimated turn around 24 – 48 hours); they do not need to quarantine after their tests on Day 4, 8, or 14. A $75 fee is required and includes the cost of any COVID-19 testing in Bermuda. Children 9-years-old or younger do not have to be tested but will be charged $30 for their Travel Authorization form. Proof of international health insurance covering medical services (including COVID quarantine and treatment) in Bermuda is required.

Bermuda residents can still make the trip if pre-departure COVID test results are not available at the time of departure, but must complete a COVID PCR test upon arrival, another COVID PCR test on Days 8 and 14, quarantine until negative test results from the Day 8 test, and must wear a quarantine electronic bracelet.  Information about testing locations is available on Bermuda’s COVID information page, opens in a new window.

COLOMBIA

Passengers must complete the ‘Check-Mig, opens in a new window’ form within 24 hours and at most 1 hour prior to entering or departing Colombia.  Evidence of the email confirmation received after completing the “Check Mig” form must be presented prior to boarding.  All itineraries and flights to Colombia are subject to government approval.

Passengers will be tracked by their insurer or local health department for 14 days after passengers’ arrival. Passengers should download the “Coronapp – Colombia” app (Google Play Store, opens in a new window or Apple App Store, opens in a new window) which will  be used to respond to follow ups from passengers’ health insurer or the local health department. 

Passengers departing Colombia will be allowed to enter the airport no more than 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. It is mandatory that passengers over two years of age wear masks at the airport, during flight, and post-departure. For flights longer than 2 hours, Colombian authorities require passengers to bring multiple masks in order to replace them during their flight, and for passengers to remain in their assigned seats for the duration of their flight.

COSTA RICA

Passengers are required to complete a Health Pass form, opens in a new window within 48 hours prior to departure to Costa Rica. Passengers must present evidence of the QR code and alphanumeric code that are received once the form is completed upon arrival and should be prepared to show confirmation of the QR and alphanumeric codes prior to boarding. 

All non-resident foreigners are required to have health insurance. Health insurance coverage will be verified upon arrival and passengers must provide the policy number as part of the Health Pass form, opens in a new window. The health insurance may be (1) travel insurance from an insurer authorized by the Costa Rican General Superintendence of Insurance (SUGESE) that covers medical expenses resulting from COVID-19 for at least 22 days, accommodation expenses for at least 14 days and hospitalization; or (2) current insurance with international coverage for medical expenses resulting from the COVID-19 disease, in which case tourists must present a certificate (in English or Spanish) verifying coverage for the length of time spent in Costa Rica as well as a minimum coverage amount of  at least US$50,000 dollars for medical expenses and minimum coverage of US$2,000 for extended lodging expenses as a result of COVID 19. In case non-resident foreigners do not have insurance that meets the stated requirements, they can purchase travel insurance with the following providers: Provider 1, opens in a new window, Provider 2, opens in a new window. Passengers should be prepared to show their health insurance certificate prior to boarding.

Passengers with permanent residency, temporary residency, or fall under other categories of residency are required to present a valid “DIMEX” card to the immigration authorities, as well as proof of payment of the Costa Rican Social Security Insurance (CCSS).  

Costa Rica has stated that passengers from all US states will be permitted to enter as of November 1, 2020.  Passengers will be subject to health screening upon arrival.

The PCR test result must have been issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point (children under the age of two are exempt). GUATEMALA

Passengers traveling to Guatemala are required to complete the online COVID-19 Health Pass form, opens in a new window prior to departure.  After completion and approval, passengers will receive a QR code that is required to be presented at boarding and upon arrival. Passengers may also be asked to complete a “Passenger Locator Form” (attach PDF as link) prior to arrival.

Passengers are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test result taken at most 72 hours prior to arrival (children under 10 years of age are exempt). Passengers will be subject to a health screening on arrival, including possible temperature check, COVID testing, and quarantine.

Passengers are encouraged to check in online at delta.com or via the Fly Delta app rather than at the airport.  While on board, all passengers 2 years of age or older must wear a face mask.  Local government regulations also state passengers shall not travel if they have any symptoms of a respiratory disease.  

At Aurora International Airport, masks are required and social distancing is enforced.

All passengers traveling to Honduras are required to complete the online pre-registration form, opens in a new window prior to departure.  This form needs to be completed again and presented prior to departure from Honduras as well.  An account needs to be created on the site in order to complete the form.  Upon arrival, all passengers are required to present a negative COVID-19 Antibody Rapid test, Antigen test or RT-PCR test result, which test must be taken at most 72 hours before departure of the direct flight to Honduras. You may also be asked to present proof of the negative test result prior to boarding.

JAMAICA

Passengers traveling to Jamaica are required to complete and submit a travel declaration form for Jamaica, opens in a new window within 72 hours of departure to confirm permission to travel to Jamaica and must provide the travel approval to Delta prior to boarding.   All passengers 12 years of age or older are required to provide a negative COVID RT-PCR test or Rapid Antigen test result taken within 10 days of the date passengers travel to Jamaica. Approved Rapid Antigen test types include the SD Biosensor Q Test and the SD Biosensor F200 Test only. Passengers should be prepared to show these results prior to boarding and on arrival.  Travelers will be subject to health screening, including testing for COVID-19, upon arrival and must stay at their hotel, resort or residence until they receive their COVID test results. Tourists must remain in the resort tourism corridor during their stay.

Passengers might be required to download the JAMCOVID19 App so that monitoring by the Health department can be facilitated. PANAMA

Passengers are required to complete a “Declaracion Jurada de Salud, opens in a new window” form electronically and present the form at check in.  Passengers may also print and present completed copies of a Health Affidavit Form, opens in a new window and a Passenger Locator Form, opens in a new window at check in.  When departing Panama, passengers must complete another electronic or physical Health Affidavit form.

Passengers are required to provide a negative COVID PCR test result or antigen test result upon arrival.  The test result must be from a test taken within 48 hours before arrival to Panama.  The test result must be in Spanish or English.  Passengers who arrive without a test result that satisfies this requirement will be subject to a rapid COVID test upon arrival at their own expense ($50).  If the on-arrival test result is negative, passengers are exempt from isolation.  If the on-arrival test result is positive, passengers are required to isolate in a designated approved location.  On Day 7 of the isolation period, an antigen test will be performed.  If the result is positive, traveler must complete the fourteen (14) day isolation and if the result is negative, the isolation ends.

Panama suggests passengers carry multiple facemasks when flying and replace them during the flight.  Passengers will be subject to a health screening on arrival, including temperature check, possible COVID testing, and quarantine.

PUERTO RICO

Passengers traveling to Puerto Rico are required to quarantine for 14 days and must present a completed Puerto Rico Department of Health form, opens in a new window, upon arrival.  In lieu of the mandatory 14-day quarantine, passengers traveling to Puerto Rico may provide a negative PCR molecular COVID-19 test result from a test taken within 72 hours of arrival via the Travel Declaration Form, opens in a new window.  Travelers will be subject to health screening upon arrival.

Passengers who have been tested within 72 hours prior to arrival but are awaiting confirmation of PCR molecular COVID-19 test results will need to quarantine until the results come in and are digitally submitted to the Puerto Rico Department of Health, opens in a new window. 

Passengers arriving to Puerto Rico that have not been tested before arrival will be provided a Testing Authorization upon submission of the Traveler Declaration Form in order to authorize testing locally, at the passenger’s own expense. The passenger must quarantine for 14 days, the duration of their stay (if less than 14 days) or until tested locally and confirmation of negative results are properly submitted to the Puerto Rico Department of Health., opens in a new window

Passengers must obtain an Airport Exit Confirmation QR Code, which travelers will automatically receive when uploading their molecular test results to the Puerto Rico Health Department’s online portal.

All passengers will be required to interact daily with the Puerto Rico Department of Health’s automated system for traveler vigilance and monitoring. Visitors will be required to respond to a simple set of questions related to current symptoms daily.

ST. LUCIA

All passengers must complete a Pre-Arrival Travel Registration Form, opens in a new window prior to arrival and have a negative result from a PCR COVID-19 test taken no more than 7 days before arriving in St. Lucia. These test results must be submitted as part of the Pre-Arrival Travel Registration Form application.  

All passengers will be required to provide evidence of their PCR COVID-19 negative test result and copy of their registration form upon arrival.  Please print and travel with copies of both of these documents.  Visitors without evidence of their negative PCR COVID-19 test result will be denied entry.  

Health screening will also be conducted on all passengers upon arrival. The screening will include checking temperature, observation of symptoms, if any, as well as an interview by a health officer.  Symptomatic passengers will be immediately isolated and re-tested.  If this test result is positive for COVID-19, the passenger will be transferred to hospital for treatment and care at their cost.

Visitors must stay at a COVID-19 approved hotel/property site and must remain there for the duration of their stay (except in the case of medical emergencies, to participate in water-based tours or for return travel).

St. Lucia nationals and residents who fail to provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result, will not be denied entry but may be subject to testing on arrival.  They will also be subject to a 14-day quarantine.

ST. MAARTEN

All passengers arriving in St. Maarten will need to present a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test result from a test taken within 120 hours prior to their flight with St. Maarten as the destination.  The test result should specify the name of the laboratory, test subject name, test date, type of test administered and how the test sample was obtained.  Typed, written or e-mail statements from doctors or non-laboratories will not be accepted.  The original RT-PCR test result should be presented to the health authorities upon request.  Children 10 years old or younger are exempt.  Additionally, all passengers are required to complete a mandatory health authorization application, opens in a new window.  If health authorization is approved, the applicant will receive a (printable) authorization via e-mail, which must be presented to the health and immigration authorities upon arrival.  Travelers may be subject to health screening upon arrival.

TURKS AND CAICOS

All passengers are required to complete a TCI Assured Travel Authorization form, opens in a new window  prior to their departure.  A traveler may begin the application process 5 days prior to arrival in the Turks and Caicos Islands and must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure.  Once completed, passengers wishing to travel will receive notification if they are certified to travel.  Certification is required before travel to the Turks and Caicos is allowed as this document must be presented prior to departure in order to travel.  All travelers must also present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result from a test taken within 5 days of travel.  Children under 10 will not be required to have a test. 

All passengers shall produce a copy of their TCI Assured Travel Authorization (printed or electronic) and the original copy of the negative PCR COVID-19 test result upon arrival.  Travelers may be subject to health screening, including COVID testing, upon arrival. 

Passengers not covered by the National Health Insurance Plan will be required to submit proof of a health insurance policy which covers COVID-19 medical costs, hospitalization, doctors’ visits, prescriptions and air ambulance. Face masks are required to be worn in all public spaces. Some exceptions exist, such as individuals (or persons from the same group) together on the beach.

All passengers 5 years of age or older are required to present the original copy of either: 1) A negative COVID-19 antigen (molecular/PCR/rapid) test result, with the test taken within 5 days prior to travel to the USVI, or 2) A positive COVID-19 antibody test result received within 4 months prior to travel to the USVI. Travelers unable to produce the required test result (digital or printed) will be subject to testing on arrival and/or a quarantine for up to 14 days (or until they are able to present the required test result while in the Territory).

Denmark is allowing specific entry exemptions for spouses, children, boyfriends, girlfriends, fiances, sisters, brothers, or grandparents of nationals of Denmark not residing in Denmark. A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival. This is not necessary for transiting passengers who are not clearing immigration and customs in Greece.

Passengers traveling to Greece are required to present  a negative  COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival. The medical certificate with the negative test results must be in English and include the name and the passport or identity number of the passenger. This applies to all passengers ten years or older. GHANA

Passengers traveling to Ghana must complete a health declaration form, opens in a new window prior to departure from the US.

Passengers traveling to Ghana will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken no more than 72 hours before departure. Additionally, all passengers are required to take a COVID test, at the passenger’s expense, upon arrival at the airport in Ghana. As of October 2 (including flights to Ghana departing on October 1), all passengers must provide proof that this arrival test has been paid for in advance of departure. Please note that nationals and residents of Ghana returning to Ghana will be exempt from the pre-departure COVID testing requirement on their return trip if they:

1. Have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued before their departure from Ghana; and

ISRAEL 

Published October 27, 2020:

All passengers traveling to Israel (1) are subject to a 14-day mandatory quarantine and (2) must complete a Quarantine Declaration Form, opens in a new window.  

All passengers must complete the following forms through the digital process outlined by the Israeli Ministry of Health. 

After completing the forms, the passenger will receive an email that they must show prior to boarding their flight. Any passenger who has not completed the digital process above will be refused boarding. 

Instructions for completing the forms:

1) Complete the personal identification details form (mandatory requirement for all passengers arriving to or departing from Israel);
2) Complete the passenger locator form (mandatory requirement only for non-Israeli passengers applying for entry into Israel); and
3) Digitally sign a health status statement (mandatory requirement for all passengers arriving to or departing from Israel).

The above forms must be completed electronically within 24 hours of departure.

The following regulations implemented by Israel will apply:

Passengers will be subject to non-invasive temperature checks prior to boarding flights to Israel. A passenger whose temperature is 38 Celsius/ 100.4 Fahrenheit or above will be entitled to a second check. If the passenger is found to have a temperature above 38 Celsius/ 100.4 Fahrenheit on the second check, the passenger will not be permitted to board. 

Passengers must certify their health status (pursuant to Delta’s Health Acknowledgment during check-in), including confirming they are not sick, are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, and have had no exposure to a person with COVID-19 in the prior 14 days.  Those traveling with minors must make this certification on behalf of the minor child. 

While in the passenger terminal, passengers must wear an identifying tag confirming permissible entry into the terminal (TLV only), wear a face mask, maintain physical distance of at least six feet (two meters) from others, and notify health officials immediately if they experience the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms.

Passengers must wear a face mask during boarding and in flight. Permitted face masks are limited to:

• A commercial task-specific mask (medical or surgical)
• A reusable cloth mask 
• A make-shift mask made of any available cloth and string that covers the mouth and the nose (this type of mask is less ideal)
• A N95-type mask (or similar) is suitable for use but not required
• A mask with a valve is forbidden

The regulations do not expressly allow for other types of face coverings, such as bandanas, scarves, or buffs. Delta will offer complimentary disposable surgical masks to passengers who need one in order to comply.

Passengers must also physically distance during the flight and should remain at least 6 feet (2 meters) apart when moving about the cabin. Passengers who experience the onset of any symptoms during the flight must immediately inform a crew member. 

Public health regulations will apply upon arrival, and passengers must wear masks and physically distance from others.

Passengers violating these rules may be subject to an administrative fine of 500-5,000 NIS (approx. US$147 to $1,470) from the Israeli government, in addition to refused boarding.

Passengers traveling to Italy must complete a self-declaration form (English / Italian) prior to boarding. Additionally, passengers to Italy must complete the formal statement pursuant to entry (English / Italian) form to be handed to the police in Italy prior to entry into the country. If possible, please print these documents before arriving at the airport to speed up the boarding and customs process. 

Passengers traveling to Italy will be subject to temperature check before departure and upon arrival in Italy.

All customers who have stayed or transited through Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the UK, Czech Republic, and Spain must either:

1) Undergo a pre-departure negative COVID test (antigen or molecular) within 72 hours of arrival into Italy, or

2) Submit to COVID testing (antigen or molecular) upon arrival in Italy (or within 48 hours of arriving, if testing at the place of entry is not possible) and then remain in self-isolation until the results are known

Passengers traveling to Italy are directed by the government to wear surgical masks on the flight and to replace their masks every four hours during the flight.

The Dutch Ministry of Justice announced exemptions to the travel ban for business travelers that fall into certain categories, including those that will make a major economic impact on the Netherlands. The exemption requires an application to a Dutch embassy and must meet certain visit criteria. NIGERIA

Passengers must present a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test at boarding. This test  must be issued within 5 days of arrival into Nigeria, and preferably within 72 hours of arrival. Customers are strongly recommended to load the negative test results onto the  Nigerian International Travel Portal, opens in a new window

Passengers must pay for a COVID-19 PCR test to be administered on arrival in Nigeria. 

Passengers will be subject to a temperature screening prior to departure and upon arrival into Nigeria. Upon arrival, travelers who have a temperature greater than 38 Celsius / 100.4 Fahrenheit will be required to undergo a second screening. At this second screening, travelers will be further checked for COVID-19 symptoms and other health conditions. The Port Health Services officials may require a compulsory quarantine facility if they determine that additional care is needed. 

Passengers must remain in a 7-day quarantine. On the 7^th day, passengers must take a COVID test, and those who are found negative can end quarantine at that time.

Passengers traveling to Senegal must present a valid negative PCR COVID-19 test certificate no older than 5 days in order to be boarded. If a passenger cannot present a valid negative PCR COVID-19 test certificate, he or she will not be allowed to board the aircraft. Passengers must also complete a Passenger Health Locator Form prior to arrival in Senegal.

SOUTH AFRICA

International travel has resumed for Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg), King Shaka International Airport ( Durban), and Cape Town International Airport (Cape Town) subject to the passenger submitting a COVID test or undergoing a quarantine if no test is submitted. 

Passengers to South Africa age 5 years and older will be required to provide a negative COVID test taken no more than 72 hours before the date of travel to be exempt from the quarantine. Upon arrival, passengers will be subject to health screening and must install the COVID Alert South Africa mobile app.If the passenger does not present a medical certificate as proof of a negative test, the passenger must quarantine at his or her own cost.

SPAIN

All travelers to Spain are required to complete the FCS Health Control Form, opens in a new window.  A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival into Spain.

Passengers traveling to Spain are directed by the government to wear surgical masks while traveling, which includes on the aircraft. This applies to all travelers who are older than six years old.
