• Date of Shipment: date shipment accepted by carrier
• Carrier: company providing transportation
• Dept: Delta department requiring transportation of goods
• Shipper: origin of shipment
• Receiver: destination of shipment
• Tracking Number: carrier tracking number or Air Waybill number
• Value: actual value of shipment (from invoice)
• Status: open/closed/not filed
• Amount Recovered: amount Delta will/has received from carrier
• Description of Damage: What type of loss occurred (lost shipment, damaged) If damage, what kind? How extensive?
