Offer and Eligibility: This is a private, non-transferable offer, only intended for the recipient who receives this offer directly from Delta Air Lines at an email address owned by the recipient. The recipient of the offer must enroll in the promotion and fly one (1) time on paid travel on an Eligible Flight (defined below) within 180 days from enrolling in SkyMiles to qualify for the offer. To receive and be eligible for this offer, the recipient must (a) have a primary address located in the United States and (b) be a new SkyMiles member. Existing SkyMiles accounts or any person who’s prior SkyMiles account has been closed for any reason are not eligible and cannot participate. This promotion starts on May 20, 2025 and ends by December 31, 2025 (ending 11:59:59 PM, U.S. Local Time on 12/31/2025). The eCredit will expire 180 days after the date of issuance. The eCredit is not transferable and must be used for a ticket in the name of the person on the qualifying new SkyMiles account. Limit to one (1) eCredit per eligible SkyMiles Member during the Promotional Period, meaning the maximum eCredit amount per SkyMiles Member will be capped at $50. Neither this Delta offer nor the eCredit may be altered by the agent of any carrier named herein.
“Eligible Flights” means flights that are marketed or operated by Delta and Delta connection will be eligible; Delta marketed flights must be operated by one of the following carriers: Air France, AeroMexico, Korean Air, KLM, China Eastern, Virgin Atlantic, West Jet, China Airlines.
Ecredit Terms and Conditions: Travel on other carriers must be ticketed separately at applicable fare, and this Delta eCredit cannot be applied to these flights. Delta eCredits may only be used toward the total purchase price of air transportation, including taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed on the air transportation. Delta eCredits are valid on both published and unpublished fares. This Delta eCredit cannot be used for Prepaid Tickets, Award Travel, gift certificates, baggage charges, Upgrades or seat selection fees, payments on account or Delta eCerts, or Agency Discounts. Delta eCredits can be redeemed towards any available product cabin and no route restrictions apply. Once ticketed, penalties may apply for changes, per the date rule purchased. The ticket must be validated on DL/006 ticket stock and the PNR (reservation number) must contain only DL-operated or marketed flights. If the value of the eCredit voucher is greater than the transportation purchased, remaining value will be issued to the original recipient, and the remaining value will be stored in Delta's electronic database which may be used for the purchase of a future ticket until expiration.

SkyMiles Life: By tagging photos using #SkyMilesLife, user grants Delta Air Lines (and those they authorize) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the submissions ("Submissions"), in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion on Delta websites, commercial products and any other Delta channels, including but not limited to #SkyMilesLife publications. Delta reserves the right to use or not use content tagged #SkyMilesLife and user will not be entitled to compensation if photo is used.
User warrants to represents: (a) he/she is the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission, including all rights therein, and that the user has the full and exclusive right, power and authority to submit the Submission and to grant Delta the rights to the Submission, including but not limited to the worldwide copyright; (b) the submission does not infringe on the rights of any other person, firm, corporation or entity, and (c) no rights in the Submission have been previously granted to any person, firm, corporation or other entity. Delta reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove a Submission at any time. By tagging photos using #SkyMilesLife, user agrees to indemnify and hold Delta harmless from and against any and all third-party losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to any claims of infringement or violation of privacy or publicity rights related to Delta's use of the Submission submitted to Delta in connection with the campaign.
User grants to Delta (and those they authorize), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, publish and re-publish, and copyright his or her performance, likeness, picture, portrait, photograph, in any media format, in whole or part and/or composite representations, in conjunction with my name, including alterations, modifications, derivations and composites thereof, throughout the world and universe for advertising, promotion, trade or any lawful purposes. User releases Delta from any and all liability arising out of the use of such name or any such likenesses, photographs, portraits, reproductions and sound recordings, including without limitation any claims arising out of my right of privacy or right of publicity and any claims based on distortions, optical illusions or faulty mechanical reproductions or any such images. User acknowledges and agrees that all such likenesses, photographs, and reproductions related thereto are the exclusive property of Delta and waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
