Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta at the time of ticketing and travel are entitled to receive Priority Boarding on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Delta does not offer Priority Boarding on Delta Shuttle® flights or flights departing AMS and CDG. If the customer is eligible to receive a higher boarding priority based on his or her ticket class or SkyMiles Medallion Status, he or she will receive the higher priority.
Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta are eligible to receive complimentary Preferred Seating on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Based on January – June 2018 statistics for on-time arrival (A0) as provided by FlightStats for all flights scheduled and compared to other U.S. global carriers flying transoceanic routes: United Airlines and American Airlines.
To be eligible for any Corporate Priority benefit, tickets must be purchased via authorized company channels and reflect the company’s unique identifier, known as a Corporate Ticket Designator. Tickets purchased through any other ticketing source will not qualify. Customers traveling on qualifying tickets will receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly-situated customers not traveling on qualifying tickets when being rebooked, assigned a boarding zone or waiting for a seat assignment on the Airport Standby List.
Factors impacting placement on Rebooking, Boarding, or Standby Airport Priority Lists may include but are not limited to ticket value, frequent flyer status, and check-in time. These benefits do not guarantee receiving a seat assignment. Factors and formula for passenger prioritization, including factors used to identify similarly situated passengers, are confidential. Seat assignments and prioritization are in Delta’s sole discretion. Benefits may be suspended without notice during irregular operations. All associated change fees apply.
A company opted-in to receive Downgrade and Denied Boarding Prioritization benefits for their travelers do not guarantee that travelers will not be downgraded or involuntarily denied boarding. SkyMiles Medallion Status Match Challenge:
Offer valid for travel completed within 3 months from time of account upgrade and will not include flights taken prior to enrollment. Participation does not guarantee Medallion Status. Promotional or temporary elite status on other airlines will not be eligible for this promotion. Matched Status will expire after 3 months, unless that level or a higher level of Medallion Status is awarded prior to that date. Medallion Status must be earned in subsequent years by traveling the required amount of MQMs or MQSs and spending the required MQDs (U.S.-based members only) or earning the MQD Waiver. Only MQMs, MQSs and MQDs earned through travel on Delta, Delta Connection, and SkyMiles Partner Airlines will count towards the challenge.
