Change or Cancel

Change Your Flight

We understand that your plans may change, and we are simplifying travel by eliminating change fees for tickets originating from North America to anywhere in the world (excluding Basic Economy tickets).

It‘s easy to cancel, make changes or rebook your flight online prior to departure in My Trips. Tickets not changed or canceled prior to departure will have no remaining value. Sometimes your new flight may cost more than your original flight. If this happens you would need to pay the difference in price to change your ticket.

Changing a Non-Refundable Ticket

With a non-refundable ticket, you can change your flight when you pay a change fee of $0-500, depending on your travel route, plus the price difference. As a reminder, Basic Economy tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable, but may be canceled for a partial eCredit.
  1. Ensure you cancel your ticket prior to departure
  2. Find Your Trip or Log In and go to My Trips
  3. Select the flight you need to change
  4. Click on 'Change or Add Flights’
  5. Choose new flight(s)
  6. Complete check out and pay any applicable fees and the price difference between your old flight and your new one

For travel outside the 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the change fee* is $0-500, depending on the origin location and type of fare.

*Travel between the Caribbean and the U.S. or Mexico has no change fee unless it is a Basic Economy ticket which is non-refundable and non-changeable.
