Hurricane Wilma has impacted travel in select areas of Mexico, Florida, and the Bahamas. Service to and from Cancun will resume Saturday, October 29, 2005 on a limited basis. Service to and from Cozumel is expected to resume by Saturday, November 12, 2005 (pending government approval). If you are traveling to, from, or through any of these areas, check flight status frequently for up-to-the-minute information about your flight arrangements. Starting Saturday, October 29, 2005, we will resume service to Cancun on a limited basis by offering one flight daily to and from Cancun from Atlanta. However, due to limited hotel availability, please confirm your accommodations.

Rescheduling Flights

If your flight is canceled or significantly delayed, you are entitled to a refund. Even if your flight is not canceled, you may make a one-time change to your ticket without fee if you are scheduled to travel to, from, or through the following cities on Delta, Song®, Delta Connection®, or Delta-coded flights during the specified time periods listed below.
