Replace a Lost or Stolen Delta Sky Club Membership Card

If your Delta Sky Club membership card is lost or stolen, you may request a replacement card. Replacement cards will be processed and received within 4–6 weeks and they are sent to the address on file in your SkyMiles account. Please verify that your address is accurate before placing a request.
