Payment for Delta Vacations land-only packages must be paid directly to Delta’s Vacations. You can obtain all the information needed to issue an MCO for a tour from PNR data. All MCOs must include passenger name. Standard policy for ticket changes: Ticket flight or date changes involving the same class of service as originally ticketed require collection by Delta of $50 per domestic ticket or $100 per international ticket. Domestic is defined as travel on Delta, Delta Express, or Delta Connection carriers (or any combination thereof) to the United States, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, or Central or South America. International is defined as travel to Europe, Asia, the Mediterranean or Israel. Ticket flight or date changes involving a class of service change as well, should be referred to Delta Vacations for calculation and PNR documentation.
