Ticket Jackets

In an effort to reduce cost related to increased fuel prices, effective immediately, we are eliminating the use of ticket jackets worldwide and replacing them with ticket notice forms. Ticket Notice Forms are available for customers to take and will be displayed at all self-service kiosks and full-service check-in positions. The forms contain important DOT and Canadian information such as: notice of incorporated terms, notice of liability limitations, and notice of overbooking of flights.

Although Delta has discontinued the use of ticket jackets, we understand you may order generic or customized ticket jackets by visiting ARC Printables Collection.

In-flight Coupons
In-flight coupons are an excellent way to recognize special clients. The coupons are available for purchase from Delta and are redeemable for movie headset rentals or beverages aboard Delta operated flights.

Cost
In-flight coupons are $3.25 each.

Processing
Allow four weeks for imprinting.

Order Form
Request order forms from Delta's Global Service Center by completing the Supply Request Form.
