Premium Relationship Tickets: U.S. Agencies

Advance
Booking & Ticketing
Confirm within
90 days of departure. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights.
First
and Business Classes (R/O)
- Tickets must be issued
within 2 days after booking for passengers boarding in the United States,
Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Tickets must be issued
within 7 days after booking for passengers boarding in Canada and other
international cities.
- Reservations confirmed
within 2 days of travel, ticket any time.
Coach
Class (E)
- Tickets must be issued
within 14 days after booking.

Class
The
following classes of service are used for Premium Relationship ticketing
by travel
agents in the United States (includes Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)
and Canada. Waitlisting
is not permitted.
- R - First Class
- O - Business Class
- E - Economy Class
Booking
Procedures
- Coach (domestic or international)
reservations - travel agents can book and issue.
- First or Business Class
reservations - must contact the Global Service Center (GSC) to book:
- Travel agents are
permitted to passively book First (R) and Business (O) Class and create
a mirror image of the Delta record in order to self
ticket.
- A $25 Direct Ticketing
Charge (DTC), per issuance, will apply if GSC issues the ticket(s).

Delta
Connection carriers®
Travel
is permitted on DL-coded service: Comair® (OH), Atlantic Southeast
Airlines® (EV),
SkyWest (OO), Chautauqua (RP), Freedom Airlines (F8).
Travel is permitted solely
on these Delta Connection carriers or in combination with a Delta-operated
flight, except for DL-coded service on American Eagle
and Shuttle America (S5).

Ticketing
Instructions
- Book your reservation in appropriate inventory with a separate PNR for
each passenger.
- Issue your ticket
normally and include the complete Ticket Authorization Number (TAN) in
the Endorsement Box. Each ticket will require a unique
Ticket Authorization Number.
- Ticket Authorization Number ***last 5 digits*** must be entered in the
Tour Code Box, without IT prefix.
- In the form of payment area, provide your credit card number, cash
or check for any applicable fare, surcharges, administrative fees
and taxes.
- If applicable, enter "Must travel with (name of travel agent)" in
the "Endorsement Box" of companion's ticket.
- Place your travel agent IATAN ID Verification number from your
current IATAN ID card in the "Endorsement" box of the ticket. This number
is located on IATAN ID card, under travel agent name.
- In the Fare Basis/Ticket Designator box, include the applicable
fare basis code, followed by /RNAD for domestic or /RNAG for
international.
Terms
and Conditions
- Ticketing - agency self-ticketing for domestic and international economy
tickets. After contacting the Global Service Center to book for business
or first class travel, travel agents may passively book and self ticket to
avoid paying the $25 direct ticketing charge. See letter for specific instructions.
- The complete Ticket Authorization Number (TAN) must be included in the
Endorsement Box on each ticket. The last 5 digits of the Ticket Authorization
Number
(TAN) must be entered in the Tour Code Box without IT prefix.
- Reissue:
- Date, time, and routing changes are allowed PRIOR to ticketing.
- Once ticketed the following administrative service fees will apply:
- $100 - For travel to/from the 50 United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean,
Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- $100 - For all other destinations.
- Once travel has COMMENCED routing changes are not permitted.
Same day confirmed (SDC) rules apply with collection
of appropriate fee (Domestic
only).
- Transferability - Offer valid only for agency named
and its branch locations and is non-transferable
to office
or traveler
once
ticketed.
- Refunds - domestic or international - nonrefundable
- Minimum/Maximum
stay - none (Must complete ALL travel by March 31, 2010)
- Skymiles - Travel will not qualify for SkyMiles
mileage
- Same day confirmed- domestic- passengers
holding confirmed and ticketed reservations
may confirm
an earlier or
later same day
flight between
same origin/destination/stopover
point if applicable for a non-refundable
fee of $50. No SDC fee for Delta Shuttle.
- Same day confirmed- international - not
permitted
- Standby - not permitted
- Form of payment - cash, check or Delta
accepted credit card
- Taxes/Fees/Surcharges - all taxes,
fees, charges and surcharges
applicable to
the transportation,
including
airport surcharges,
segment fees,
passenger facility charges (up
to $18), Security Fees(s) up
to $10
per round-trip
ticket, and airport-imposed fees
are the responsibility of the
passenger. Fees will
be determined at time of booking
and
must be
paid at time of ticketing.
- Travel agent and companion must
travel together on all portions
of the itinerary.
Failure
to comply could
result
in denied
boarding or
purchasing
of a new
ticket at the lowest available
fare at time of booking and
ticketing.
- Offer letter is void if reproduced,
altered, counterfeited, bartered,
purchased, sold,
obtained or used improperly,
or where prohibited
by law.
- Failure to comply with the
terms and conditions may
result in
loss of travel
privileges
on Delta and could
result
in a debit
memo for
the full
non-restrictive
fare.
- Delta reserves the right
to revise the rules and
conditions at any
time without
notice.

Upgrades
Not permitted
ID
Requirement
Travel agent
must possess a valid IATAN card. Verification number from IATAN card must be
placed in the Endorsement Box of the ticket. IATAN ID is not required for a
companion traveling with the agent.
Exceptions
Outside program changes,
there are no exceptions
allowed and failure to follow rules and procedures as outlined may result
in the receipt of a debit memo for the full applicable fare.
