T-Mobile: 

• Eligibility: Offer is limited to U.S.-based SkyMiles members at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) who are not current T-Mobile subscribers. To qualify, a SkyMiles member must receive this offer directly from Delta Air Lines, either by (a) entering their current mobile phone number and SkyMiles membership number on the offer registration page or (b) receiving an email regarding this offer directly from Delta. Offer expires thirty days after initial receipt by the SkyMiles member. Only one SkyMiles membership number and one mobile phone number can be provided for each offer registration and corresponding T-Mobile USA, Inc. account, and SkyMiles account holder must be the same as the T-Mobile USA, Inc. account holder in order to earn miles.
