Offer Eligibility:
This offer is open only to recipients of this mailing. Offer is not transferable. Registration is required to qualify for the mileage bonus. If you are not yet a SkyMiles member, sign up now or call 1-800-323-2323. Offer available to U.S. residents only.

Point Transfer Details:
Membership Rewards program enrollees will receive one mile for every eligible Membership Rewards point transferred. Allow up to 1 to 2 business days for Membership Rewards points to be transferred to your Delta SkyMiles account. Transferred points cannot be transferred back to the Cardmember's Membership Rewards program account. Cardmembers must transfer a minimum of 1,000 Membership Rewards points per transfer.

Bonus Award Information:
Members will receive a 20% mileage bonus on all miles transferred during the offer period. The bonus award will be based on the total number of miles placed into your account as a result of all Membership Rewards point transfers between November 1 and December 31, 2008. Please allow 6 weeks after the promotion expiration date of December 31, 2008 for posting of bonus miles.

Award Travel:
Taxes and fees for Award Travel are the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Award Travel seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets.

Taxes and Fees:
For each conversion of points into the Frequent Flyer program of a U.S. airline, a fee of $0.0005 per point, with a maximum fee of $75, will be charged to your Card account. American Express charges this fee to offset the federal excise tax on such conversions. The fee may be more or less than the actual amount of the excise tax American Express pays on any individual conversion. American Express may offer you the option to redeem points to pay this fee.
