Ways to Redeem Miles
Now that you've earned those miles, there are plenty of ways for you to redeem them. You can redeem your miles for Award Ticket travel right away.
You'll need to have your SkyMiles PIN handy in order to redeem an Award Ticket on delta.com or over the phone.
Once you complete a redemption transaction, we will automatically deduct mileage from your account. When necessary, all governmental and non-governmental transportation taxes, security fees, and airline Award Travel Fees will be collected.

Note that you'll need valid identification to redeem your Award Ticket. Only the SkyMiles member may request and pick up the Award Ticket.
