All Upgrade Award types are for a one-way, one-class upgrade on most Delta-operated flights. Award destinations are subject to change at any time.
For requests for Upgrade Award travel on Delta within or between the continental U.S., Alaska and Canada the following changes apply:
Discounted fares in H, Q, and K class are now eligible providing you with more upgrade opportunities.
Award level for fares other than full Y will require 12,500 miles each way.
L, U, T, and E class fares are not upgradeable.
KLM operated flights are eligible for Delta Upgrade Awards. Selected transatlantic (Between U.S. and Europe) Air France operated flights are eligible for Delta Upgrade Awards. You will need to contact a Delta reservations agent by phone for more details and to process this upgrade request.
