As a Medallion benefit, here's a list of fees waived as part of your travel experience with us:
SilverDelta SkyMiles Gold and Platinum Medallion customers enjoy the benefit of standing by for an earlier or later flight on the same day of travel. Please make sure to pick up your bags based on your original flight itinerary, if you change your flight itinerary after you have checked your bags and are confirmed on another flight or standing by for an earlier/later flight. Baggage delivery from destination airport to your home or hotel is not a fee-free service we provide for voluntary flight changes. A Delta representative will hold your bag until you can retrieve it from the airport.

If we can't reach you through your contact preferences, we'll use the email address or phone numbers you provided during your ticket purchase.
So now, more than ever, it's a good idea to make sure all your contact information is up-to-date in your Profile (under the Contact Me tab, within the Delta Messenger Flight Notifications section).

Beginning, January 17, when you check in at delta.com, your pending complimentary upgrade request will automatically be transferred to the airport standby list at the airport. So, you no longer have to stop at the kiosk or an agent to add your upgrade request when you check in online. We'll transfer your request without you having to do a thing.

We've made it even easier for Medallion members to use complimentary upgrades. We will now automatically request your upgrade when you make a reservation over the phone, at the airport, or through a travel agent, as well as at delta.com.
