Same-day Confirmed Program

As a Platinum or Gold Medallion® member, you may request a change to your itinerary and be confirmed at no extra charge on an earlier or later Delta or Delta Connection® flight on the same day as ticketed. Your request must be within three hours of the scheduled departure of the new requested flight. See Same-day Travel Changes for more information and complete terms and conditions.

Same-day Standby Option

If you are unable to secure flights with the Same-day Confirmed Program, we offer this standby option free of charge to Platinum and Gold Medallion members at the kiosk or ticket counter.

• Your requested flight must be within three hours of the time you make the request to standby.
• All flights between your origin and final destination must be standby for you to be eligible for this new option, unless your requested change allows you to keep the original confirmed connecting flight segment.
• All terms and conditions of the Same-day Confirmed Program apply.
