Platinum Medallion members may choose one gift when qualifying for Platinum Medallion status; Diamond Medallions enjoy two gifts when qualifying for Diamond Medallion status.

New and Improved Systemwide Upgrade Certificates:If you have an email on file, you will receive an email confirming your certificate numbers. If you do not have an email on file, you can view your certificate numbers at delta.com/profile. Certificates are valid for 12-months from issue date. Please view all fare rules and restrictions of Systemwide Upgrades.
Delta Sky Club™ One-Day Passes: Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. One-day passes are fully transferable and are valid for twelve months from date of issue.
Travel/Retail Gift Card: Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupons and Tiffany & Co. gift cards can only be shipped to a U.S. mailing address. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Gifting Silver or Gold Medallion Status to a Companion: Gifted complimentary Medallion status will be effective within 2 weeks and membership credentials should arrive within 3 weeks. For selections made for 2010 Choice Benefits, companion status is good through February 28, 2011; for selections made for 2011 Choice Benefits, companion status is good through February 29, 2012.
Terms & ConditionsEligibility for Choice benefits is based upon a status change to Platinum or Diamond Medallion within a given status year. Choice Benefits selections for 2010 status need to be made by December 31, 2010; selections for 2011 status need to be made by December 31, 2011. Complimentary upgrades are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights or in all markets.
Marriott® Bonus Bucks® Coupons: Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon will be mailed to your address on file and will be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the time of selection on delta.com. A two night minimum stay is required. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 1-800-899-7235. Recipients should advise the reservations agent that they are using a Bonus Bucks coupon. This Coupon is ONLY VALID at Marriott® Hotels & resorts, JW Marriott®, and Renaissance® Hotels worldwide.
