Pay with Miles
Another way to use your miles! You can choose to pay for eligible flights with miles, money, or a combination of both:- Exclusively for SkyMiles® members with a Gold, Platinum, or Reserve Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express
- No blackout dates or inventory restrictions, just look for flights marked as Pay with Miles eligible
- Pay with Miles is flexible. Pay for all or part of the fare with miles — it's up to you
Infant Age Restrictions
Infants and small children must be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years old, or is the child's parent or legal guardian. The adult and the child must travel in the same cabin.
If you're traveling with a newborn, Delta and Delta Connection® Carrier flights do need an approval letter from a physician saying it's all right for the newborn to fly. The following infant age restrictions apply to all Delta and Connection Carrier flights:

For both safety and comfort, we recommend purchasing a seat and using an approved child safety seat for children under the age of two.
