I–94 Form Information
The I-94 form must be completed by everyone except:
- U.S. citizens
- Returning resident aliens
- Aliens with immigrant visas
- Canadian citizens visiting or in transit
- People who have completed an I-94W
You don't need to worry about getting this form ahead of time—it will be distributed by your flight attendants during your flight.
