Health Information

The Center for Disease Control gives you comprehensive health information for specific destinations, required vaccinations, information for travelers with special needs, and timely updates about other health news.


I–94 Form Information

The I-94 form must be completed by everyone except:

  • U.S. citizens
  • Returning resident aliens
  • Aliens with immigrant visas
  • Canadian citizens visiting or in transit
  • People who have completed an I-94W

You don't need to worry about getting this form ahead of time—it will be distributed by your flight attendants during your flight.


U.S. Customs Information
