For groups of 10 or more passengers on the same flight, our Group and Specialty Sales Center will be glad to evaluate your request for blocked space using the following guidelines. Travel Within the United States and To/From Canada

Category Guidelines
Minimum Requirement 10 or more passengers traveling together within the United States and Canada.
Maximum Group Capacity Capacity restrictions will apply and may vary by city.
Group Fares Group discounts are offered; discounts vary.  No Children’s or Senior discounts offered.
Ticketing Requirements Ticketing requirements may vary.  Our Group and Specialty Sales Center Representative will provide ticketing requirements at time of booking.
Name Changes Name Changes are allowed with an associated fee.  Our Group and Specialty Sales Center Representative will provide name change requirements at time of request.
Voluntary Changes Changes to bookings are permitted; applicable fare difference and change fees will apply.
Utilization Penalties Penalties may apply for seats not ticketed.
Deposits Deposits will apply to every seat being sold.
Direct Ticketing Charge Direct ticketing charges will apply for group-issued tickets. No fee applies to tickets issued in Canadian dollars.
Terms and Conditions Once space is secured a Confirmation Letter will be provided.
