Video: How it works

US Helicopter operates 27 daily flights, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), connecting the Downtown Manhattan Heliport near Wall Street and the East 34th Street Heliport in Midtown Manhattan with Delta's Terminal 3, Gate 11 at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Through an innovative Delta-US Helicopter codeshare relationship, combining US Helicopter and Delta flights is simple and provides a seamless travel experience between Manhattan and JFK and beyond. Customers can book at delta.com, or by calling Delta Reservations at 800-221-1212.

Delta's on-the-go travelers enjoy unrivaled benefits from US Helicopter service including:

  • Eight-minute1 travel time between New York City Heliports in Midtown and Downtown Manhattan and JFK, with flights operating 27 times daily.
  • Federally regulated TSA security clearance at New York City Heliports before arriving at JFK for departing flights; customers land inside the secure area of JFK, which means TSA security screening is not required again at the airport.
  • Convenient check-in, boarding passes, and baggage check to final destinations for all travelers departing from and arriving in Manhattan.
  • Convenient flight schedules.
  • 500 SkyMiles miles for each trip.
