The Shuttle terminals serve our customers exclusively and are designed for fast and easy accessibility. We operate from the following terminals:

• Reagan National - Terminal B
• La Guardia - Marine Air Terminal - Terminal A
• Logan - Terminal A

Getting Onboard with Us

Tickets may be purchased online by selecting Reservations or at one of our three airport terminal ticket counters and ticketing kiosks.

Online Check-in is available for Delta Shuttle.

To be sure that you allow sufficient time for ticketing, baggage checks, as well as Security Checkpoints, see Check-in Requirements.

Only passengers with a government-issued ID, a same-day ticket, and a boarding pass will be allowed to proceed through the airport security checkpoint and on to the gate. The appropriate documentation is subject to local airport requirements. Boarding documents for all Delta Shuttle flights will be issued at the airport ticket counters, the self-service ticketing kiosks, or delta.com Check-in.

Luggage

In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines, customers will now be limited to one carry-on bag and one personal item (such as a purse, briefcase, or a laptop computer).
