Tickets:
For Amsterdam/Bucharest/ /London-Heathrow/London-Gatwick/Moscow/Paris-De Gaulle tickets must be purchased at least 7 days prior to departure. Tickets must be purchased no later than July 7, 2008.

Travel Period:
For Amsterdam: Travel may begin July 7, 2008 through July 31, 2008. Travel must be completed by August 30, 2008. For Milan-Malpensa and Rome: Travel may begin July 14, 2008 through August 24, 2008. Travel must be completed by September 24, 2008. For London-Heathrow: Travel may begin July 7, 2008 through September 1, 2008. Travel must be completed by October 1, 2008. For London-Gatwick: Travel may begin July 7, 2008 through August 30, 2008. Travel must be completed by August 31, 2008. For Bucharest: Travel may begin July 7, 2008 through August 31, 2008. Travel must be completed by September 30, 2008. For Moscow: Travel may begin July 7, 2008 through September 4, 2008. Travel must be completed by October 4, 2008. For Paris- De Gaulle: Travel may begin July 7, 2008 through August 14, 2008. Travel must be completed by September 14, 2008.

Fare Validity:
Fares are valid in the Economy (Coach) cabin on Delta and certain codeshare partner flights only. Fares shown are valid Monday through Thursday (Great Britain fares shown are valid Monday through Wednesday), while higher fares apply for travel Friday through Sunday (Great Britain, higher fares apply Thursday through Sunday).

Taxes/Fees:
A $3.50 Federal Excise Tax, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50 for each flight segment, and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 for each flight segment are not included. Fares do not include U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $30.80 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $299, depending on itinerary. Taxes and fees must be paid when the ticket is purchased.

Cancellations/Refunds/Changes:

Baggage Charges:
For travel within the United States/PR/U.S. Virgin Islands, no fee for 1 checked bag and $25 fee for second checked bag.
