Advance Purchase and Minimum Stay None; Saturday night, except for San Jose which has a 3 days minimum stay; For Cabo San Lucas, Mexico City, and Monterrey: no minimum stay requirement.

Restrictions:
Fares shown available on delta.com. Tickets cost $25 more if purchased from Delta over the phone, or at a Delta ticket counter, and this amount is nonrefundable. Tickets are nontransferable. Seats are limited.

Tickets:
For Buenos Aires, Lima, Panama City, Quito, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo: reservations and ticketing must be completed at the same time. For Cabo San Lucas, Mexico City, Monterrey and San Jose: tickets must be purchased within 24 hours of reservations. Tickets to all destinations must be purchased no later than July 28, 2008.

Travel Period:
For Rio de Janeiro travel may begin on or after August 8, 2008 and must be completed by October 31, 2008.  For Sao Paulo travel may begin on or after August 5, 2008 and must be completed by October 31, 2008. Buenos Aires, Cabo San Lucas, Lima, Mexico City, Monterrey, Panama City, Quito and San Jose: travel may begin on/after July 21, 2008 and must be completed by October 31, 2008.  

Blackout Dates:
From Sao Paulo: October 17-21; To Mexico City July 26 – August 5; To and from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico City and Monterrey: August 28 – September 2; To Cabo San Lucas: September 20 – October 25; From San Jose: August 23-31.

Fare Validity:
Fares are valid in the Economy (Coach) cabin on Delta/Delta Connection carrier, certain SkyTeam partners, and certain codeshare partner flights only. Fares to Mexico, Central and South American destinations are valid all week

Minimum Stay:
For Cabo San Lucas, Mexico City and Monterrey: No minimum stay required. To Buenos Aires, Lima, Panama City, Quito, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo: Saturday night stay required. For San Jose: 3 days minimum stay required.

Maximum Stay:
To Buenos Aires, Lima, Quito, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo: 60 days maximum stay; for Panama City: 30 days maximum stay; for San Jose: 120 days maximum stay; For Cabo San Lucas, Mexico City and Monterrey: None.

Taxes/Fees:
A $3.50 Federal Excise Tax, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50 for each flight segment, and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 for each flight segment are not included. Fares do not include U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $30.80 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $299, depending on itinerary. Taxes and fees must be paid when the ticket is purchased.

Cancellations/Refunds/Changes:
Tickets are nonrefundable except in accordance with Delta’s cancellation policy. Fees may apply for downgrades/reissues and itinerary changes. Contact a Delta agent or see Ticket Changes for details.

Baggage Charges:
For travel within the United States/PR/U.S. Virgin Islands, no fee for 1 checked bag and $25 fee for second checked bag. For all other travel, no fee for 2 checked bags and $150 fee for third checked bag.  Allowances subject to size/weight limits. Contact a delta agent or visit delta.com for details.
