Even if your ticket is not refundable, you might still be able to cancel your itinerary. Check to see if your itinerary qualifies for Risk-free Cancellation. If so, you can go to Itineraries, quickly cancel your itinerary, and receive a full refund.
If you have a refundable or unrestricted ticket, you have several options for obtaining a refund.
Delta will issue refunds for eligible tickets within seven business days for domestic credit card purchases. The refund may take up to two billing cycles before it is reflected on your credit card statement. Refunds for eligible tickets purchased with cash or check will be processed within 20 business days.
Some fees or penalties may apply to your refund, especially on tickets for international travel.
If you purchased a refundable or unrestricted eTicket with a credit card in U.S. or Canadian currency, you can request your refund online. Please complete all the fields below and click Request Refund.

If you purchased an eTicket with a credit card, you can request your refund by phone.
