Delta Air Lines SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

By opting into to receive SMS text messages from Delta, you may acknowledge and agree that you may receive messages regarding any travel booked with Delta, as well as announcements regarding Delta policies, programs, and promotions (including SkyMiles and Delta promotions). Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. Meal Vouchers

Meal voucher funds will expire on the stated “Redeem By” date at midnight Eastern time zone. Meal vouchers can be redeemed at any participating location defined by merchant code “Food”, “Dining” or “Restaurant". Meal vouchers may not be accepted for onboard purchases. Meal voucher will be denied if charged for a value higher than the issued “Amount”. Passengers are responsible for monitoring the remaining value when using at multiple locations. Any remaining voucher funds will be void after the redemption date specified above. The voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Hotel Voucher - Passenger Choose

This voucher is valid for redemption only at the provided hotel property during the time span provided by check-in/check-out dates above. The voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value. Passenger must present the Delta-provided 5 digit alpha-numeric room confirmation code, 13 digit room confirmation code, or Delta flight specific 6 digit alpha-numeric flight reservation code to the property at check-in. Rooms selected are non-changeable and non-cancellable once confirmed; please see a Delta agent if you need to change or cancel a room reservation. Passengers who need an accessible room satisfying specific accessibility or service requirements should see a Delta agent for assistance prior to booking. Passenger is responsible for all ancillary charges, incidentals fees, and any damages assessed by the hotel. Hotel may require a credit card hold for incidentals. The number of rooms reserved must be equal to or less than the number of passengers in the booking.

Use of the voucher requires a mobile phone number and a smart phone. It does not require download of the Lyft app. The driver may decline or cancel prior to pickup; in that case, you may have an alternative driver assigned.
